About Vaelins von Tywyn
Description
Vaelins appears to be a small and wirey yet strangely pale man with light colored, lank hair and pale eyes. However his Hat of Disguise hides his far stranger true appearance. Vaelins is in fact a disturbingly skinny and pale man, his body criscrossed by overlapping scars. An aberrant tentacle grows from below his left arm. He usually is able to keep this tentacle wrapped around his torso and hidden beneath his coat and illusion magic, however in times of distress or nervousness it reveals its presence by twitching uncontrollably. On his lower right arm is a piece of mummified skin bearing a strange dragonmark painfully stapled to his limb. His eyes are a parchment yellow color and he looks around skittishly as if there were an unspeakable horror that only he can see just over eveyone's shoulder.
