This happened because of the gap between cancelling the subs and starting new ones. When we run the digital auth the system checks your account to see if you have active subs, if you do it grants the PDFs, if not it doesn't. When we ran it it saw that your subs were cancelled and didn't grant the PDFs. You currently have subs but it still isn't granting them because the new subs haven't shipped out yet. The benefits of the subs become active once the first item in each qualifying subscription has shipped out.

Once those pending items ship out let me know and I should be able to add the PDFs to your account.

I've now received a couple of shipments from Paizo since I cancelled and reordered my subscriptions. Can you please let me know if you are able to grant my account the Starfinder Society 4-04 and 4-05 adventures?

I've also just noticed that Pathfinder Society 2-23, 2-24, and the Pathfinder Society Intro: Year of Shattered Sanctuaries are also available in your store. Can those also be added to my account, please?

Early in July I had a bit of a financial scare and cancelled my subscriptions. Very soon thereafter I restarted all of them (except for the minis), and have not missed any of the products that have shipped for either PF2 or SF.

Can you please make sure that my account is set up to receive the free Society modules for Pathfinder and Starfinder?

I noticed that Starfinder 4-04 and 4-05 are available, but were not added to my downloads. Can you please add those?

I saw an article in March that Paizo with WizKids is releasing the 7 icon Runelord miniatures each as a standalone with a runewell. More information was promised coming soon. However, almost 3 months later and I can't find out any additional information. Has there been any updates?

minisgallery.com has a page up for them, along with the Advanced Iconic Heroes.

The site says August for the Runelords minis and September for the Advanced Iconics.

I second Steve's request.

I'd prefer to subscribe at Paizo. But if that's not an option I'd like to know with enough lead time to be able to preorder elsewhere before those dry up.

When I received my July subscription order (29190249) it was missing the Starfinder Starship Operations Manual. I emailed your customer service group and left a voicemail a week ago. Not sure if this is the proper venue for this inquiry but I haven't received a reply from either of the other two options, so I thought I'd give it a try.

Can you please let me know if you can send the book out to me, please?

Also, I was a few months behind with downloading the PDFs from my subscription purchases. i noticed I was missing a month's worth of the Organized Play Society modules. As I have been a superscriber for some time now, can you please add the following to my downloads:

Miniature Market has an entry for a Legendary Adventures Preview Pack. Can anyone verify if it is going to be included in the Pathfinder Battles minis subscription? Or will it need to be purchased separately?

Would anyone else be interested in a Gargantuan Box? so far all the boxes have been missing gargantuan pawns so it got me thinking, am i the only one willing to pay for a gargantuan set with all the gargantuan pawns that are missing from the other boxes?

P.S it wold also be nice if it included all the missing dinosaurs

Make one mega-set with pawns covering all of the gargantuans to date. Call it "limited edition" or some such. It would sell...

This is fantastic news! I love the pre-painted stuff so far, for both Pathfinder and DnD.
Even though 2020 is a ways off, getting that subscription info will make it feel real.

$10 a mini is pretty much standard.

Maybe the bones range from Reaper will be cheaper, but that's about it.

$10 a piece is certainly NOT standard!

Reaper sells the medium-sized humanoid Bones for about $3 each. Soda Pop selling single, unpainted minis for $10-11 a piece today is just a money grab - their sets of 4 pre-painted iconics have a retail of $40, per Miniature Market (who is pre-selling those for $30-ish).

I'm very disappointed Paizo went with these guys and not Wizkids...

Speaking of Wizkids, they have unpainted lines for DnD 5 and Pathfinder as well. They offer, on average, 2 medium-sized, unpainted minis for $4 retail.

Playtested Starfinder ship combat at Gencon with the Paizo crew. My impression - it was fun! it was fairly quick, with not a lot of downtime between taking actions, which I've seen in other RPGs where the party members take on various roles within the ship.
I'm more of a hard-sci-fi fan, so I'm not yet sure about the fantasy/sci-fi mash-up it appears to be looking like. But I'm excited to see the overall rules set.

Paizo - is there any chance we could get a 42-pack option in the store with a bit of a bulk discount, please? I would love to obtain these for my map sets, but $125+ for a small stack of empty boxes is a very tough pill to swallow. :)
