Drogo tries to remember what the manual said about casting a wall. He encloses the two archers (and yellow) in a stone structure, with a 20' high and 1" thick stone wall all around. Remembering these pesky undead from before, he even adds a little roof to keep in the arrows.

Daphnaie, not happy with this approach, can only stride towards the mayhem.

Drogo is triangulating the trajectory of his new spell, wall of stone. He would like to put up a wall surrounding purple, yellow, and green, giving the party time to deal with the other three.

It looks like purple is exactly 120' away from Drogo (spell range). If that won't work, his backup option is to place the wall in front of yellow/green stretching across the gap and extending to the flaming forests on either side as far as possible.

Would either of those be possible?

That was a lot of checks :), I think this is what they mean...
Daphnaie succeeds on 2 DC23 Reflex and 2 DC24 Fortitude saves. Taking 28/2 and 36/2 (32 total), and is not blinded.
Drogo succeeds & Daphnaie (after 1 hero point) critically succeeds at the DC29 will save, taking the worse result of the two 34/2 or 0 (17 total), and are not frightened.
They are now at 144-32-17=95, and a big thank you to Grandma Tess for the extra hero point.

This is my first time playing with Knockdown, and glad I finally get to try it out before the rule changes. :)

Does the knockdown action need to happen in the same round as the strike? Or could Daphnaie use the first action of the next round for it, if the last action of the previous round was for her to successfully strike.

As Drogo goes to unleash his mighty battle cry, he recognizes a horde of mindless shamblers. Instead, it comes out as a hefty sigh of disappointment.

Drogo, definitely not a fan of this area, would much prefer his feet on dry ground. The sooner we get this over, the sooner that can happen. Remembering the time she played mermaid for a day, he casts an incantation that causes Daphnaie’s neck to grow gills and her legs to morph into a fish tail.

Using her new 25’ swim speed, she positions herself 10’ above Mandowar to blunt an overhead attack. Once positioned, Drogo increases her defenses.

Not sure how I should represent her positioning on the map, any suggestions?
