"Oh? Just not keen on showing your face then? I guess I can understand... Sorry I mentioned it." Drakroo replies, still a little wary of his new friend.
"Suppose I'm just not used to humans yet, is all. No offense intended."

"It was, for sure!" Drakroo responds. "Though, truthfully, I'm glad it's done. Can't say I enjoyed having to put them down, and some of the villagers weren't able to defend themselves quite as well as we all did. Still, I'm glad we were here!" After a pause, and a visible working-up of courage, Drakroo continues:

Drakroo, wanting for very little and used to getting by on even less, doesn't make a big stink about the bounties, but not does he complain as Rixa gathers the ears up and collects them. Truth be told, his favorite part of the 'reward' is having people to socialize with, and the much-improved relationship with the Townsfolk that he's garnered since the Goblin attack. Drakroo takes special interest in Libris and Rixa and spends time getting to know them and understand their kind, having not been familiar with either previously.
'Did I just join this group?! How... wonderful!!' Drakroo thinks. Making friends and finding a new "tribe" had turned out to be a lot easier than he'd expected! "Happy to help, good sir!" he says, excitedly.
Drakroo also looks around, making sure that the excitement is over. As he does, his breathing begins to slow back down and the excited grin turns to a sad frown as he takes in the damage. "Wow..." he says, "...just wow."
"Won't you goblins please just stop?!" Drakroo yells, moving up to one of the remaining enemies and biting away.
Drakroo follows the others around to the battle, and dives in --literally-- headfirst!
"Thanks, but I'm fine! But someone still's in trouble! Let's go!" Drakroo yells to the others, trying to convince them to follow him north towards the sound of screaming.
Drakroo runs after Mizzug, keeping pace with her despite his size disadvantage. This wasn't how he'd pictured the evening going; he'd wanted to impress the townsfolk with his wit, wisdom, and manners so that they'd come to appreciate him. Thoough the way things were going, they'd probably end up appreciating him all the same. 'Not a bad band I've fallen in with, either,' he thinks, reflecting on the efficiency with which he and the strangers have put down the threat thus far. Bow in hand, he steels his nerves and tries to prepare for the unknown.

Drakroo sizes up the situation, looking around. He'd rather be face-to-face with his enemy using his teeth, but given Mr Biggs' warning, he's inclined to stay back out of the way. Pulling his bow to hand, he draws an arrow and looses it at the goblin in the back.
"It seems trouble's not done yet! Come on you all, let's go help! Drakroo yells!
Drakroo takes special note when the little bird that had given such confidence during the -albeit short- battle, returns to the woman identifying herself as Rixa. On further thought, he definitely remembered he being in the bar the evening prior. "Well I think," he starts off saying, "that you done a wonderful job distinguishing yourself from your less.....civilized kin, Mr Biggs." Drakroo takes caution to himself appear professional and well-mannered, lest the concerned townsfolk think he might be associated with the goblin trouble-makers. "And 'Kudos' to the rest of you as well; you're all very brave, and capable!" Drakroo says.
Drakroo allows himself to be distracted for a moment by the flitting little bird around his head. Concerned at first, he feel a confidence that encourages him, and convinces him to not worry about the bird. Motivated, and hoping to help fight the goblins, he charges forward and attempts to stop the trouble makers!

Drakroo enjoys the festival as it progresses, and is pleasantly surprised when more than a few vendors call out to him like they do everyone else.
Drakroo keeps a relatively low profile the next day, or as low as he can given his inclination for socializing and his curiosities. While he expects to shunned by a good many of the townspeople, and it does temper his exuberance a bit, he's genuinely enjoys himself at the event, even as many give him a wide berth. Not familiar with many people in town, he keeps an eye out for the friends he made the night prior.
I'm ready. Can we assume that over the course of the evening, it comes to light that I am not, in fact, owned by Mr Biggs? I'm enjoying the light-heartedness quite a bit, I just don't want to get too invested in a goofy thing if the GM wants to take it a shade or two more seriously.
'Hrm,' Drakroo thinks, a bit confused for a moment as he tries to determine whether or not he's being made fun of.
"Err, thank you, miss." he gets out, just as the food get stuffed in his face. 'Note to self: remind this lady I'm not a pet.'
'Phew!' Drakroo thought, as the bartender and his team began cleaning up the mess.
Drakroo, a bit lonely and desparate for conversation since he abandoned the caravan he'd rode to Sandpoint with, notices the new person entering the bar, and calls over to them as they move through the doorway. "Come here, friend! Drink with us!" he calls to Grattfaulk, inviting him over to the table where Mr Biggs sits, mixing his reagents. 'Human-friend in a human-town. Can't be a bad idea...not with this crowd...'
Though he's nervous while the contest starts, Drakroo is pleased with the way things end up, even if the mug-situation was a bit unexpected. Still, there was a weird levity in the bar now, and it likely had something to do with the stranger crew assembled there. He might as well introduce himself, he figured. "Well done, Mr Biggs, very nice!" he says to the Goblin, offering a handshake. "And I'm glad everything worked out for the best. I'm Drakroo. Pleased to meet you." Acknowledging the others, he repeats his introduction, and makes sure to give thanks appropriately for his drink. He certainly didn't want to come off as rude.
Keep Drakroo well stocked in snacks, and you can call him whatever you like.
The kobold sitting in the corner lets out an audible sigh at the contentious dwarf. 'At least one of them has some manners...' he thinks. Shaking his head, he stood up, finished his drink and strode over to where the dwarf was confronting the ogre-woman and the goblin. He'd seen a fair bit of this type of treatment, and most times, it paid off to set an early precedent that rudeness wouldn't be permitted. Most times...but not all. Hopefully this was one of those times. 'Those pigs -at least- know when it's better not to talk. Perhaps you could retire until you've something nicer to say, Mister Dwarf. Or maybe even apologize?' He stressed the last word more than he meant to, and small bits of acid flew from his mouth. "AND! What's so wrong with being Green?"

Here's Drakroo, the Kobold Rogue!
I think Drakroo might be done. He ended up being a Custom Race version of a Kobold, so I could ditch the awful, 5 RP kobold build, and I went for a Dex and Con based Rogue/Monk/Swashbuckler. He's got a whole boatload of skills, though nothing magical (class-based or otherwise) save Mythic paths stuff. I went Trickster, path dabbling into Fast Healing for some seriously long term survivability. Offense-wise, he's can flurry with his bite attack, which is buffed with Noxious Bite...so living things beware. That DC 36 Fort Save on every successsful bite is unpleasant at best -- enjoy 9 rounds of nausea if you fail...

Drakroo has been updated with more personality and appearance info. I included some setting info, but feel free to disregard as needed. I figured better to go overboard than to under-develop.
Here's Drakroo, the Kobold Monk. He will bite you. It will hurt. Personality is incoming, but I'm planning him to be the anti-kobold: disciplined, self-aware, down to earth, sturdy. How did he learn 7 languages? Excellent question. Why is he not an absolute jerk? Excellent question.
I ended up having more free time today than I expected. Drakroo is updated to 5 (everything except item purchases) and has a basic backstory in place. Any and all feedback is welcomed -- thanks!
Every good party needs a kobold, and I don't see any rogues posted yet. Drakroo here is an Unchained Rogue, and was playing a level 1 module that didn't make it far out of the gates. He could definitely be leveled up to 5 though, and would certainly have good reason to be underground. That dang sun is so BRIGHT!

Dwarves? Not me. Though based on this trip so far, I bet that statue tries to squish us! Drakroo steals a glance at the statue every few minutes, as he looks around the monastery.

I'd almost rather take my chances outside. Wolves want to eat you, I can understand that. But after that pot-thing, anything in here could come to life for all we know. Drakroo does his best to make a good argument for being cowardly, without seeming cowardly.
Drakroo picks up the shrunken head, holding it up for the group to see.

He takes a look around, tentatively looking for any sign of the rat's tail they're looking for, or even the Witch herself.
Drakroo continues to look displeased, but goes on attacking.
Drakroo drops his bow to the ground, not wanting to have to avoid hitting Jordi. Moving around into close range, he swallows his pride and tries to bite the cauldron. Ugh!
Less than enthusiastic about biting the metal cauldron, Drakroo whips out his bow, turning around and loosing an arrow at the advancing caludron, though he questions the effectiveness...
