Lilia can't see the green dot skeleton from her position. She hits the intersection.
Lilia pitches her bomb in an overhand toss. It travels over the skeletons' heads and lands just behind them. The explosion sends the blue dot skeleton pitching forward. It hits the floor and breaks apart.
Dorian, do you want to not move and apply your attack and damage to the remaining skeleton (green dot) since red and blue are now destroyed?
Yes, that's fine

I don't seem to be able to move Dorian in Roll20. So, he is going to move north five feet, then northeast five feet, then north five feet. this will move him into a flank position with Gil against the blue skeleton. In order to do this, He will use his acrobatics skill vs. all three skeletons.
Acrobatics vs Green skeleton CMD: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (20) + 9 = 29
Acrobatics vs Red skeleton CMD: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10
Acrobatics vs Blue skeleton CMD: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11
My assumption is that the Red and Blue get AoOs on me. I will attempt to parry and ripost the first attack
Parry: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
If successful, then attack and damage: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 181d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Then, once I am flanking the Blue skeleton...
Attack and damage: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 6 + 2 = 231d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

Gil, that sounds like a plan.
One way of taking care of multiple folk wanting the same item is:
- After all other items have been liquidated and the monies distributed...
- Determine the sale value of the item coveted by multiple folk (let's call this x)
- Divide x by the number of folk. (let's call this n)
- Randomly choose which of the n folk gets the item. (Let's call this person A)
- Person A either pays or owes each of the other n folk x/n.
- This way, the person who gets it has that advantage, and the other folk who lost out get some recompense.
As far as distributing the monies, I like your 20% holdback. So, once the items are liquidated, then one fifth gets put into a group fund before distribution. If, later on, we decide it is too much or too little, we can change the percent. Also, I see no reason why one of the folk could, with approval of the group, borrow some small portion of the group fund to purchase something, with the understanding they will pay back the group fund.

Here is a list of the things we are taking back. Some should obviously be sold, but some might be claimed. For instance, is the "longbow of fine quality" magic? What about the arrows? The padded armor? The clasp? or anything else?
Masterwork Breastplate
Earth Breaker
Tekko-kagi
Backpack
50ft of Silk Rope
5 trail rations
Hammer
1 Piton
MW Kopesh
two vials of a bright, silver substance (Silversheen)
a longbow of fine quality, though currently stringless,
ten arrows with heavy, metal tips,
a gold scarab cloak clasp,
a holy symbol of Opal carved from silver,
a silver hand mirror of exceptional quality and
a wax-sealed clay urn marked as having nard,
A suit of padded armor, very well preserved. Impossibly so, in fact.
A disintegrating cloth sack filled with ancient Citrinic gold coins. A quite estimate suggests around 400-600 individual coins.
A darkwood coffer, beautifully carved in the style of the now-destroyed Obsidian Kingdom. Inside is a potion of some sort. The potion is so dark red it is almost black.
Also inside the coffer is a clear potion that glows lightly, shining in the light.
In another cloth bag is an ornate citrine and carnelian pendant and an assortment of citrine, lapis lazuli and jade stones.

once again, I cannot normally see roll20 maps. but, I will attempt to always move into flank position if possible. Thus, if a single move action will allow me to move into flank position then I will do that. If not, then at least I will move up to the critter in order to move into a flank position on the next round.
acrobatics if necessary to move through sandy spaces or threatened squares (I'll roll three times, just in case): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 121d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 231d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14

Dorian, with panache, will attempt to parry the second attack.
parry: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
Since the parry is successful, he will attempt a riposte.
attack and damage: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 251d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
attempt to confirm critical: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 5 + 1 = 19
If that confirms, then added critical damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3, and he gets his point of panache back.
"Ha Ha! Take that!"
Then, on his turn, if there is a space to be that will give Bastion flanking, then Dorian will attempt to move there. Acrobatics check vs. warrior doll CMD. If he fails, then the doll gets an attack of opportunity: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16
Then, Dorian will make his attack on it (this assumes flanking). attack and damage: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 5 + 2 = 201d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

Create an account if you don't have one already and confirm that you can move your token. Once everyone's confirmed they can we'll move onto the next phase of the exploration - what's on the other side of the door.
I can confirm that I can move my token. But, you didn't say that you were using roll20 before. I can only use it at home, and don't have the time to use it more than once every other day or so. (Cannot use roll20 at work, leave for work before dawn, get home from work after 9:30 pm.)
While Roll20 is better than many other options, it will make things much more difficult for me. Using google docs is an option that I can use at work occasionally.
I will try to keep up, but, I may have some issues with tacticals.
