Well im interested in the full plate. idk if any one else is profitiant in heavy armor so ill trade some gold for it since its worth way more. i think 300 gold to each of you would be fair. that meas i pay 900 for it and save 600. 1500g item plus 600 means i have 2100 worth. now you would all have 1800 gold and what ever items you want from the loot. would this be agreeable?

Well this must be just an ordinary mirror then because i know i said the right words. Dina says hoping to convince the others.
I guess lets get moving. I think we can rent a horse or 4 to make this quick. Lets go to a stable and see what's in stock. Dina puts the mirror in her bed roll for safety and then in her pack. I guess to keep appearances I'll carry the chest.

Watching the fight unfold makes Dina want to follow. Unable to resist she positions to charge. Back and forth her eyes go between the tiefling and the chest. Thinking to herself, "money or a fight, money or a fight...." Easing up she decides to guard the chest. Dina does not want the party to be upset with her if she left the cargo unprotected, and goes back to being ready to strike if anyone tries to take the loot.

I really do want to go fight but i don't want to risk the loot and mission.

Dina hold guard at the chest and is ready to kill all who attempt to take it from her.

Draw and drink the potion she has.
Cure light wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Next round: Ready action attack if anyone but the party gets in range.

Holding on tightly to the warrior Dina begins to descend slowly to the ground hoping this leaf last long enough.
Sorry mage guy over there. I can't grab you both.

Current fall distance is 2976 feet at the start of round 4. After this round it will be 4176 feet. We will hit the ground after about 7800 feet of falling. That's a fun dice roll of 780d6. LOL the system maxes at 100 dice per roll.... This also means we have 60 rounds of feather falling to do.... This is all assuming Contentious GM gave accurate number of rounds to the ground. This is info from a dnd 3.5 FAQ Pathfinder doesn't have such info but its assumed to be similar.

Not sure if Dina's allies want to question this man she will attempt to save him from the fall by grappling him and then using the snapleaf.

BLAHH!! Who are you two, and how did you get up here? Dina falls out of the cot stumbling to her feet. Not wanting to get kicked off, she slowly moves 5 feet away from the edge between Benlei and the new men. Keeping her hands in the air she states, Lets all be friends here and no need to kick people off edges. That would be a very unfortunate fall. Double checking that the snapleaf is still on her neck she looks down to see how far the fall is.
Are you enforcing sleeping in armor makes you fatigued? if so I will adjust my rolls to acount for that.

Good idea Withal, you seem to know what you're doing. I vote to make him captain. Grabbing a few feet of rope to tie down the ornate chest and the gear chest safely to the ship. Then a few more to tie herself to the ship.

Putting the snapleaf on her neck and a potion in her pack she stands ready.
I can also take first watch. Two on two off sounds like a good thing. May I use one of the bows in case i need it?

Pirates! Yes!Jumping with joy Dina looks like a girl getting new shoes. Looking at the party realizing most think pirates are a bad thing.Oh, I mean..... I.... want to fight them. Not that pirates are a good thing that I am looking forward to steal the chest. I just want to see my newly sharpened Axe in action. Patting her Axe on her hip. Also for this snap leaf thing. Does it need knowledge of magic to make it work, because I have non of that and I don't want to die. Also 3 days in the air on a small plank makes sleeping a bit or a halsse. Is this ship thing like a hot air balloon or an actual air ship? And where would we sleep? I'm going to look through the box to see wat we have to work with then.

sorry for the delay

Hello all, sorry for my tardiness. I was sharpening my axe on that rock over there and didn't notice all of your presences. My perception seems to be lacking tonight. Walking over with haste Dina sheaths her axe and looks ominously at the circle of people holding hands. This is not more of that wicked magic rain of death is it? Almost overly cautious Dina takes the hand of 2 of members of the circle. I assume you are the one they are calling Nat? Dina looks over the halfling with a smile. Not sure why you need me to deliver a package; I'm here for fame and fortune, not a postman job. A bit of gold will fuel my journey anyways so I guess some small sacrifices must be made.

Now as for this fame? I am ready for a challenge. Hoping to show off my extraordinary feats of combat perfection. Dina says while still hiding under a table. Her voice cracks as she says perfection hoping no one notices she isn't perfect.

I think what he is saying is that if you have a wand or potion when you level up it counts as wealth. however if you have used all the charges or the potion it will not count against you.

Welcome to the boards and Pathfinder should you be a first timer all around. I have absolutely no problem with you having a PC or wanting to GM sometime :)

I have put a temporary hold on games starting until all current games have finished, there is a "wealth by level" issue that we as a group are trying to resolve so everyone has access to level appropriate gear. Yi are more than welcome to design and tweet said encounter, but please hold off momentarily before recruiting for it. The plan is once all games finish, and loot is divided amongst the respective PCs, then everyone will get a wealth bump to where they should be at. After which recruitment can start again. Thank you for understanding and I hope it doesn't sway you from starting a game in the hopeful near future :)

I have read some of the discussion and knew coming in that it was in the air. I don't mind waiting to play. Also as for the encounter I want to run I may need to message you directly about it. There are some things you may not be ok with and that's why I said I hope I am allowed to use it. But thats for a later date.As for the discussion at hand. What if after the adventure and loot is divided all party members earn 1/2 the party's avg level(rounded normally = .0 - .4 is down and .5 - .9 is up)WBL in gold. If after the level is applied you still don't have the new levels worth you gain enough gold to be at the new levels wealth. This keeps things easy for GMs and should make being a lower level worth the risk. As well as keeping the higher levels in line.

Also do used consumables count towards your total wealth? Say I expend a wand worth 750. Should that gold still be tracked as had? I would assume so.This goes for potions elixers and scrolls too.
