I was charged last Friday but I haven't received any notice nor received access to my pdfs.

Dear customer service.
I have received my may shipment including bestiary 2 but I haven't received several of my products from march and April. Pathfinder 153 and Starfinder 26 from march and pathfinder 154 from April hasn't´t arrived. Curiously I received Starfinder 27 and Near Space that were shipped in different packages.
I asked my Post Officer and he told me that, by now, those products should have returned to the origin.
Please, Paizo, can you send a replacement for these three volumes?
Also, would it be possible if the June shipment that is close to ship to be sent in the same package?
I prefer to pay more money but receive my products; When they are shipped in different packages products tend to disappear lately.

I have got part of my shipment more than a week ago but my game mastery guide is still pending. I have been charged the items shipped but not pending items and this is the first time it happens in more than 10 years buying from you.
In addition, the calculation of the cost is very wrong:

Subtotal (3 items) $79.52
Shipping & Handling $34.27
Order Total $124.69.

The addition is badly calculated 79.52 + 34.27 = 113.79.?????

this morning I tried to buy four pathfinder and Starfinder Society scenarios that I hadn't bought before available to purchase for completing my collection but I was impossible to finish the purchase. Indeed, they remain in my cart, so you can check.

Though I was impossible to finish buying them, my bank charged the money in my account.
I don´t want my money back, but I would like to get my pdfs.

Can you solve the problem, please?

I think it can have something to be with my Paizo subscription advantage.

Hi,
two of my December subscription products have been sent individually and the remaining two haven't been sent still. This has never happened before. I usually receive all the products in the same package or two if it is two big, but this seems to be a little weird.

I need help with my pathfinder 2 playtest order. I have bought it with my old credit card that has recently expired. My bank used to renew my credit card changing only the expiration date but last month, they have sent me a new different card that I have already changed for my subscriptions.
I have tried to do the same for the playtest order but the webpage doesn't´t allow me to do that. Can you change that order to use my new credit card?

I have just received my order authorization email for july and, apart of listing my starfinder preorder items in it, the cost of shipping and handling is too expensive in comparison to the rest of my orders in previous months. It´s nearly as expensive as the prize of all my books in the order. I think there must be a problem with that. Can you solve it?

I have the same problem again with my pathfinder society subscription. I have been charged but no sign of my pdfs in my downloads page. In addition, this time I received an e-mail telling that this month I was going to get society adventures 12, 13, 14 and 15. I have 12 and 13 yet, so I think there is a problem with my sub. I ususally get my subscription downloads on Monday or Tuesday and I got my email last 18th but still no sign of the downloads in my page. As It contains the original kickstarter rewards, is this shipment being delayed for that reason or simply things are going slower?

If there any problem with this part of my shipment of is it only the common problems of logistics derivated from the unusual big july shipment?

I´ve received this morning my last shipment with pathfinder 52 and book of fiends 3. Last month I received my sipment with pathfinder 51 and the rest of products save for the shipment with the beginner box. I´m starting to think it´s lost in transit. If it´s so I´d like to get a replacement.

I received last Monday notice about the beginner box being shipped. I suppose my order is being divided in two shipments as several past times but the second is being delayed many days. I suppose there´s no problem with it but, can you confirm me if everything is ok?

I have received sending notice of pathfinder 37, orcs of golarion and Advanced player´s guide and pdfs in my download section. Shouldn´t have I received pathfinder 36 notice and pdf by now?

My next pathfinder shipment says that it is going to be around 44 $ but it includes the Pathfinder companion: Second darkness. I wouldn´t be afraid of it if my credit card wouldn`'t be charged for that money. I´ve checked it this morning and my bank has charged that price. Can you solve it, please?

Paizo, I´ve been the subject of an electronic robbery tonight by Internet. The robbers have used my card for making charges without my authoritation. I want you to know it in order for you to make secure for the rest of your customers the electronic payments by internet because I know many of them use their cards for buying from you. I suppose this is a problem that only I suffered but i want you to help what I can and I think this can help. In addition, I am sure you aren´t the source of the problem but it is better to prevent possible robberies of electronic information. Many Thanks.

I´ve just received my Black Dragon with mounted sorcerer promo mini. It´s fantastic but I also ordered a book named Fairysong: A gallery of Fairies, sprites and Nymphs that it is stated in your web page to cost 18$. But I´ve received a book Fairy Tails that, not only it isn´t what I ordered but in addition it costs only 9$ . I feel totally disappointed and I´d like to get what I ordered and return what I´ve received in its place which in addition has a little problem in one of its pages. I don´t Know what is the procedure I has to follow in order to return the book received and get what I ordered. Please, need advise. Thanks for your help.

it must be a problem with my subscription because I recently renewed my dragon and dungeon subscriptions and the website until yesterday pointed that I have 13 remaining issues of my dungeon magazines, which was correct but now it´s only 12. The subscription page says that the last dungeon sent is 136 (which I have to receive yet) and that number is my 11th issue of my first year subscription. What happens with my 12th issue? I expect this problem solved soon. Thanks for the answer in advance
