I have got part of my shipment more than a week ago but my game mastery guide is still pending. I have been charged the items shipped but not pending items and this is the first time it happens in more than 10 years buying from you.
In addition, the calculation of the cost is very wrong:
Subtotal (3 items) $79.52
Shipping & Handling $34.27
Order Total $124.69.
The addition is badly calculated 79.52 + 34.27 = 113.79.?????
Can you solve this?
Just received my pathfinder and starfinder volumes here in Spain. Not even a sign of my Gamemastery Guide pdf or it shipping.
This is totally annoying, as in my more than 15 years as a loyal fun and customer this haven't happened.
I am very disappointed at this moment.
