Hi,
two of my December subscription products have been sent individually and the remaining two haven't been sent still. This has never happened before. I usually receive all the products in the same package or two if it is two big, but this seems to be a little weird.
Is there any problem with the order?

It does appear that the system did not choose the optimal shipping method. I have moved the remaining items to a new order and recalculated your shipping. these two items will now ship together. I have also waived any additional shipping fees due to the inconvenience this has caused. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you!
