Dagnobar looks around to see if there is some kind of secret way in or out of this cavern. He runs his hands over the walls looking for any kind of strange formation.

Can Dagnobar take 10? With his +8 perception skill, +2 for unusual stonework, and +1 bonus from the blessing earlier, that would be 21.

Frustrated by his previous attempt, Dagnobar drives his knees into the ribs of the skeleton in an attempt to break it in half.

Dagnobar tries to do a scissor kick in the air, but unfortunately the ground is soft and thus can't jump more than a few inches off the ground, resulting in a pathetic dual-kick attack.

Scissor Kick attacks:

Dagnobar moves forward looking for a rock or something to throw at the dhampir on the ground. "I doubt he died of natural causes, best to see if there is something else there." Dagnobar prepares for something to attack should something jump at him. He examines the scene, especially the ceiling as he's had experience with stuff jumping from the roof of caves coming at him.

Perception w/darkvision: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10

If there is a rock nearby or something to throw, Dagnobar will toss it in that direction. Not trying to 'hit' anything but just stir it so it doesn't get to ambush them.

Have you tried Ditzie? I use them for my games and it's a heck of a lot better than Google Docs.

My Theater Map and my City Map as two examples. I haven't loaded the NPCs in those maps, but it's easy enough to do.

The only downside is that Ditzie doesn't work with touchpad devices; you have to use a mouse. It looks complicated at first, but it takes 2 minutes to learn it.

Do you have a map of this area? How far away is the lone gillman? How far into the water is he, or is he by the shoreline? Are the centipedes hostile (as they are foot long)? The map still shows the forest, so I was hoping for an update before posting something. In other games when this happens, I post something, and then bam, up pops the map and I'm not anywhere where I thought I would be and I get attacked, or I'm too far, etc. It ALWAYS results in a huge problem for me, as GMs tend to always put me in the worst possible tactical spot to give the advantage to the NPCs. I'll move to the gillman, and I'll be attacked the by centipedes, and the gillman will suddenly be too far away.So, I've learned never to post until I know the map.

Dagnobar looks through his backpack. "Hmmm, I'll grab a bit more food before we head out. Also, I've got this stick here that I was told could heal people if used by people in the know. I'm apparently not someone in the know, but if any of you are in the know, I'll let you hold this stick to heal us when needed." Dagnobar has a fresh CLW wand with 50 charges available for someone who can use the wand.

Yes, that's correct. I must admit feel gypped because I was only moving 10' initially and couldn't make it to him. How long do I move at half speed? For the rest of the campaign or just that one round?

I believe you can take 20 on opening the lock. Have to get GM approval, but pretty sure opening locks is one of the things where it works.

GM -- Since Vitarri did his channel while in the main sewer line and I was back near the door, do I get the benefit of his heal channel? The wall is blocking and I might be out of range.

Hearing Xander talk about a rusted door (and that there doesn't appear to be danger), Dagnobar limps his way towards the rusted door, and with his dwarven eyes will look closely at the surrounding stone to see if there is another way to open the door.
