Hello fellow nerds! I am currently running a Carrion Crown AP that has the group just hitting level two. A player has recently left the game and I am looking for a replacement in a couple days. I recommend looking through the gameplay feed to get an idea of the group so far before making any submissions. good luck throughout the process. Its a 20 point buy with no drop stats below 8 before racial modifiers and take the appropriate gold for second level. Here is the Adventure background about two days after the late professor was buried. Please make sure to have a proper tie in to the story. I will make my decision hopefully at the end of the week and will contact the picked individual via private messaging prior to closing the recruitment feed.

I would prefer switching to a thread that works properly before we get too far into the game as the other thread seems to just be defective. There is zero content on the other feed that has an impact in the game so we will continue on here from now onward. Sorry about the inconvenience

The driver steps down from the vehicle and starts to unstrap your possessions from the rear rack, placing the miscellaneous luggage on the cobblestone walk that surrounds a small gazebo in the center of townsquare. The overcast sun is setting in the west and the threat of rain is becoming clearly obvious. This abysmal weather is fitting considering the reason for your journey. Last week, you received word that your dear friend and mentor Petros Lorrimor has passed away and that your presence is needed to read his last will and testament. Although you don't have many details you were given directions to his estate. The sudden unexpected news caused you to drop everything and leave immediately to say your last goodbyes to the great man that had such an profound impact upon your life.

You notice that several townsfolk are eyeing the group with both intrigued and suspicious looks before averting their gaze and continuing with their tasks.

This is just an initial interest check for the carrion crown AP. I have a couple RL friends that want to play some pathfinder but our lives don't give us the capabilities to sit down in a face to face setting, i thought of the play by post style as a great alternative to accommodate the hectic schedules while still having the fun of regular gaming. I will want a party of about six and there are currently only 3 positions filled. Looking to begin Jan.28th at the latest

The basic Gameplay
-high fantasy build level one characters
-starting wealth+25gd
-medium exp. progression
-core rulebook races and classes only (no Archetypes)
-Feats, traits, and alternate racial traits can be used from the following source books.
- Advanced Players Guide
- Ultimate Magic
- Ultimate Combat

I'm only putting restriction on the classes and races because i'm fairly familiar with all and it will simplify the need of in game research.

What am I'm looking for in a player?
I want someone that is dedicated to gaming, someone who takes an active role in trying to bring his character concept to life from the words they write. I want a minimum of one post per day but encourage as much as you want to spend online. There is nothing worse then a dead thread. if majority of the group is active i will not put the game on hold for days on end because of one player. I will need everyone to create their characters a profile on here, so if need be i can take actions for them if they become stagnate.
I am in no way a rules Nazi, if there is a skill or check that could reasonably be made in a given situation that isn't what the AP calls for i will trump the AP for the betterment of the group. This game is more about the RP rather than hack and slash OP characters.

This game should be a lot of fun with really interesting twists and turns. its a intriguing adventure that combines detective investigation with modern day horror story.

This first part will get players up to level 4. I have the next two segments already purchased so if this group gets on a role and people are having fun this could be a long term gaming group.

I've started playing in a couple online campaigns and not only has the website been down and ive been unable to successfully post but i notice that all posting that happened for the last couple days in both games was deleted. What gives paizo? this is pretty annoying to keep dealing with.
