Just a note on appearance- I'm trying to stay vague about Kinna's hair color because as soon as they make an avatar of the purple haired android from the cover of the Player's Guide I'm going to switch Kinna's avatar to that. Dax sat in the corner of the tavern, a nearly-untouched flagon of ale sitting in front of her on the table. She would have preferred to stand, but Val had told her that the way she stood around the tavern made people uncomfortable. Dax adjusted her hood and tried to keep her eyes down to avoid calling attention to their metallic sheen. She was reasonably well-liked in Torch, considering what she'd heard people say about Androids. She never broached the topic of what she was with people, but she assumed that at least some of the people in town knew. Nobody else said anything about it either, because nobody wanted to give the Technic League any more reason to snoop around than they'd already had. That damn torch on the hill; it kept the town alive, but it also made it someplace worth killing for. 93 seconds. It was time for her to take another sip of the drink. She lifted the flagon to her lips and let the bitter ale trickle into her mouth. Setting the flagon back down, she waited for her companions. |
