I did not include flanking, so if I get flanking that would make my readied attack an AC of 20

Cyrixs having some inspiration (..or voices in his head...let's not get too hung up on details here...) decides to keep up his inspiring tale of a halfling percussionist using a heavy club on an dinosaurs rib cage to deliver an rocking performance and get's a tight grip on his club with both hands and readies to step forward for when he get's an opening To hit AC: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 4 + 1 = 18
Anyone have a t-shirt they can loan me? Since I just found out I needed to have my folio filled in with Cyrixs information to be able to use it's (reroll with star bonus) attack rerolled dice if it applies , since I think the 18 won't hit it's AC: 1d20 + 4 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 + 1 + 4 = 21

Cyrixs moves up behind Vanovar and touches him on the shoulder as he mumbles something and a warm flow washes over Vanovar's body while Cyrixs continues to spin a tale of facing ever increasing odds (free; sustain inspire, 5ft step forward, standard; casting cure light wounds on Vanovar) CLW healing for Vanavor: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
Not a whole lot of space to go anywhere without blocking someone else so... Cyrixs continues to inspire everyone with an epic tale of Sir Smash who was angry all the time and used to pick up his enemies and threw them at other enemies while he walks forward and lightly taps Lady Rowanne on her shoulder (free; sustain inspire, move; move forward, standard; casting resistance on Rowanne - best spell I can use right now)
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
Nah, I didn't know it would be skeletons..so the chance I'd normaly have another weapon out is pretty big...so not having a weapon and then picking it based on what we see behind the door actually makes sense
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
"Can't you just tell us our fate from over there? Is it similar to the tale of the mighty Constantine as he surged forward to lay down the fallen minions from hell?" Cyrixs starts to orate an Epic tale "As he strode forward his gaze fell on the fallen angel and his fiery eyes burned a hole inside.." as he draws his dead tree limb to wave about in illustration of his story telling (standard ;inspire courage, +1 to hit/damage, bonus on saves vs fear/charm. move; draw "club") Nobody said talking can't buff the party ;)
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
I haven't drunk yet..so saving it in case I need it later..would be nice if we could have carried it with us though Cyrixs has a sad look on his face when he finds out he doesn't have a bag filled with magic water "..ah well, moving on?"
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
...I'll have to remember where this fountain is..it seems to have refreshed everyone who drank from it so far..wonder if it will run out..or only works on each person once..or maybe once a day..or maybe something else.." Cyrixs will empty out his waterskin and fill it with fountain water Once we've moved away from the fountain room "Can anyone detect magic on this and tell me if the water is still magical?" Cyrixs holds up his waterskin
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
"...AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" (second action) "........AAAAAHHHH.....aaaahhhhhhHHHHHH!!!!" (third action) "...uh uh uh ..aahhhhh.....ahhh....." ( Is it alright to assume we will run through the parts we've already been through instead of running blindly into rooms and possibly triggering new encounters?)
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
Cyrixs moves to pick up the wand and stands ready to use it when needed in case someone get's more then a scratch (5ft step, move to pick up the wand..so I have a ready left to heal a party member in case they get damaged, not sure if I can ready for X amount of damage..but let's go for anything over 4 damage to preserve some charges)
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
Cyrixs takes a step back as he continues his inspirational tale about the man who grew so large he couldn't leave his house anymore as he blocked the doorway with his bulk and readies to take a swing at any enemy that might make it's way all the way to him. Readied attack: 1d20 + 4 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 4 + 1 + 1 = 9
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
Good to go, down 2 rounds of inspire Cyrixs also collects his rope..just in case he's going to need it some time later, before going down the stairs. Cyrixs nods at Omorose "Sounds like a solid plan, thanks for the added armor. Good trade-off"
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
Cyrixs joins in on the cheerleading..and his attemp seems to inspire Vanovar to greater heights (sustaining inspire courage) as he joins in to help Omorose to pull on the ropes Pull the other rope: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 4 + 1 = 24
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
Let go I think, that way the loose ends can be used to tie it up if needed Cyrixs starts an inspiration tale of a small halfling tripping a much large giant involving a banana, some butter and a inflated cow's stomage Inspire courage, as far as I know a CMD check is still an attack roll..so should add another +1 to the attempt if the rest delays till after me
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
Well if we go for metagaming/creative thinking...toss a rope around it's feet from above..hoping it only animates when someone walks on the lower part and not when it's attacked and try to tie it up before we even approach it...even if we only have enough rope for it's legs..it either can't move..or it might fall prone..and then we can jump on it and try the key. Or even try to jump on it - hopeing that doesn't set it off and climb down it's back and try the key.
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
"Well..if it only activates when someone is on the lower part....try to avoid stepping there? Maybe swing on ropes or try to climb past it or something..but I'm not against resting before we try something like that....also even though some of us are against random destruction...we might want to consider shooting it to rubble from a distance"
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
Cyrixs will assist Omorose for looking for a deactivation switch or something "..what she's saying makes sense..unless the villagers died before they could set up the safety parts of this...test. Like with that freaking shadow...unless we missed something there as well.." Assist on perception: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (14) + 0 = 14
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
Cyrixs glances at Omorose and decides to follow her suggestion, digging into his backpack and pulling out a (knotted rope) and tossing it down (while holding on to one end of the rope). Should be 2 actions, one move to dig out the rope, a 5 ft step and another to actually use the rope
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
Moved myself into the room, but still upstairs. Seems like a reasonable starting position. I wouldn't be outside the door..but I wouldn't have followed close behind either Look like a set of 3 skulls to me in that corner
Male Half-Orc Bard 1 (hp; 10/10 | AC: 12 | T: 10 | FF: 12 | Fort: +1 | Ref: +2 | Will: +2 | Init: +2 | Perception: +0 | Darkvision 60ft.)
I have no idea what a cony is, according to the image search I did..it some sort of cartoon bunny? "You want to offer it a pony? Doesn't seem like much of an offer for a god of the hunt.Maybe a deer or a bear or something..even a boar, that's seems more appropriate. Let's try the lantern first..if that doesn't do anything we can always go some where else or try something different."
