Finally some action for my powerful Hermean conjuring! Watch this friends, the epithome of human spellcasting art!
I'll use two of my actions to cast Summon Animal, the other one to make it act
Cyne chants and uses his fingers to draw intricate patterns in the air.
A blue magical wireframe manifests before him, and it slowly takes shape of a giant centipede. Parts of the wireframe form glowing runic patterns on the animal's exoskeleton.
Cyne was sweating profusely. The epithome of Hermean spellcasting was something any of his allies could kill while sleeping. He was relieved probably only Bowen and Yergi could hear and see such failed performance.
I move the Giant Centipede towards the Blue Mite, I use both its actions to Stride.

Cyne is relieved to see the woman safe and sound... at first glance at least.
He turns to Yergi and Ghostbiter, and then at Haru again, nervous.
"No! Don't be afraid! These guys here are my friends! The goblin is Ghostbiter, and Yergi is a..."
Cyne inspects the undead sorcerer and turns to Haru again.
"Look I don't know what Yergi is but he's good!"

"Ghostbiter, defend the dog! It's of that Haru lady I told you about, he-he might lead us to EDIBLE GHOST WITCHES!
Seeing how the Bloodseekers wouldn't need much work to dispatch, he decided to use his weaker spells to aid in the battle.
"I can still amaze you with my spells!"
Cyne strides and prepares himself to cast. He vocalizes an incantation while moving his hands in front of him, drawing runes with his fingers. The spell manifests as the ghostly head of a dragon that spits fireballs and then dissapears.
I'm targeting the Blue Bloodseeker.

Cyne follows Bowen into the fray, staying behind the ranger while assessing the situation. Once he was within range, he was planning to put his conjurer skills to test.
Not enough actions to cast Summon Animal right now, so I'll use my Shield cantrip, just in case things get out of control.

Cyne gives a cocky smile and pats Yergi on his shoulder.
"Of course I can friend! Time to show you what we learn at Hermea when we're 8 of age.

He scratches his head when he finally "translates" the glyphs.
"Well, it's no surprise you couldn't make any of it Yergi, these are just scribbles, possibly just to scare people off"
Cyne then takes a quick look of the scene and sighs.
"I just hope Miss Haru and Peaches are okay."

I want to go look for the missing Hunter, honestly I'm intrigued about it and I already found Haru once so... If anyone wants to come with me, I'd be glad! By the way, I think Arak should take the Potion, he might be one of our strong frontlines.

Cyne grabs the mysterious doll with pointy ears on his hand, and shows it to Bowen.
This one is different. The fact that it was floating in a bowl of water made me remember of the sacrifices offered to Hanspur.
He hesitates for a moment, but sighs and tells Bowen what he's thinking.
Look, I don't know what's happening. This doll, or whatever it's supposed to be, keeps moving. I tried to detect magic on it but nothing seems out of the ordinary. If it isn't magic then what it Bowen?
For the first time since he left Hermea, he felt the primal fear of the unknown, which delves in every human. He did his best to hide it.
We... We should take this to the village and ask around, I'm starting to believe there's more to simple tourist attractions going with this Mosquito Witch deal.

Cyne raises an eyebrow when confronted by Haru's sudden shift of attitude. He crosses his arms and lets a big sigh out.
Well Miss Haru, I just want you to know that in case you need anything, we'll be around here, I'd be glad to pet Peaches anytime.
With that said, I share the information of what's going on with the doll with Bowen, and I'll take an hour to clean up and secure.

Seems you know a lot about these things Miss Haru. I'm a Scholar, but even then my knowledge of how to dispose of monsters is easily surpassed by Bowen here.
He points to Bowen with his thumb as he keeps looking at Haru.
I'm very friendly, but very perceptive too Miss Haru. I have the feeling you came here for reasons other than studying. If you could share anything with us, I'd be more than glad to help, we're Pathfinders.

Plus, if the Witch is a ghost, we have a Goblin who'd be everything but dissapointed, and more than happy to deal with it, or something like that.

Ok, Cyne is starting to get freaked out by all this stuff with the doll. I'll do some stuff. First, I want to check if THAT doll is the one I had on myself; second, regardless of it being the doll or not, I'll use detect magic on it, should have done it earlier.
Cyne likes Haru's attitude. She doesn't seems to be a bad person after all, and he likes Peaches. He picks up the doll.

Cyne smiles towards the lady and gets close with the intention to pat the dog.
"I think we're all animal lovers here". Cyne says as a tiny gecko the size of his thumb comes out from one of his chest pockets. The little critter has light green skin with orange stripes and yellow specks adorning it. It has blue legs and big puppy-like eyes, which seek the surrounding insects with glee.
This is my friend Tsekani. We're pleased to meet both of you, Miss Haru and Peaches.

Cyne just walked silently into the hut and swallowed his words as he found the doll in another one of his explorer clothing's many pockets.
"Maybe it was Tsekani..." He mumbled to himself, trying to blame his tiny familiar for moving it, even though he knew that was extremely unlikely.

Cyne clears his thoat and gets besides Arak, replying to him.
"Supposing there's even a Mosquito Witch to begin with..."
Cyne observes the gloomy village that surrounds him. He's torn in between being the first sighting of the Witch and claiming that glory for himself, and looking for a more plausible, even mundane explanation to such phenomena.
He shakes his head, cleaning his head from such toughts, trying to remind himself he's working with a team.
He takes out the doll and shows it to Galia.
Miss, I'm guessing this is the sort of stuff your people used to sell in the village, right?

Cyne changes his expression of disbelief to one of excitement once he contemplates the possibility of documenting a never before seen monster; be it Mosquito Witch or not, that could probably make him notorious enough to his Hermean family and he could be accepted back!

What is your Lore training and why?
I'm trained in academia. As a former citizen of Hermea, we're expected to take a test when we turn sixteen of age; I studied alongside my siblings in order to grace our society with yet another generation of proud Conjurers, but... let's just say I trusted a little too much in my innate skills which according to the Council left much to be desired.
What is your Faction(s) and why?
The Horizon Hunters grant me the best opportunity I've had since I failed my test, which is to explore and learn from every place I can, and put to test my abilities as a Conjurer and a member of the Human Race. People says once you're out of Hermea you're never allowed back, but I'll prove them wrong.
What do you fear? and what is your hope?
Ironically, I fear what has given me the most hope since I joined the Society: a woman.
Her name is Kirsa, a fellow Pathfinder, a Cleric of Erastil. Although we haven't spent much time together, she's proven to be an invaluable companion, a kind person, and, afraid to say, I've been smitten by her beauty and personality.
She makes me feel I have a place outside my home, but at the same time, being close to her makes me think of never looking back to Hermea, to glory and utopia. It makes me fear my own weakness.
So, hope we get to have an adventure together soon guys!
