If Grok is there, he will try to buy that rapier, whether it was originally his own or not. It's 20 gp and it is your rapier. Buying back your stuff. What profit! Seijiro reluctantly hands over 20gp and fastens his rapier to his belt, and starts to head up on deck for breakfast with a smile on his face. Suddenly he turns back and asks Grok "By the way, do you have a mouth harp? It's a.. a small instrument, you blow through it." he's looking for his harmonica. She thinks for a moment. "Yea. I think so.", she turns around and opens a chest, rummaging through it before pulling out Seijiro's harmonica. "This thing? I'd say... 1 silver fer it."

She smiles. "Twenty gold t' part with it. Pretty sword, doesn't look like any rapier I've seen forged around the Shackles. Must 'ave been made elsewhere."
Female half-orc NPC
"Nye. Only weapons we 'ave on ship are cutlass, dagger, longsword, shortsword, a rapier and saps. We also has a high quality (masterwork) light crossbow, daggers, darts, saps an' arrows. Some magic arrows too."
Updated to include PC gear

Jasmine Rose wrote: Jasmine breathes a sigh of disappointment, "Can you give me an idea on the price for each item? So I know how much coin to gather?"She shrugs. Grok pulls out a ledger and goes over the list slowly until she finds it. "A dagger's easy. 2 gold coins, upfront. Quarterstaff... hmm... ain't got one of those in right now. Not somethin' that's worth much."
Female half-orc NPC
Ohh, not quite enough.
She laughs. "Aye, an' yer assuming tha' ye'll survive a boardin'. Come back when ye make some coin. I'm sure yer a clever lass an' can figure it out."
Female half-orc NPC
"Ye want somethin' on credit...?" she asks incredulously.
It's Diplomacy time! She doesn't fancy pretty elven sexkittens, so you don't get the +1 from your trait.

Grok swings by with everyone's nightly rations.
"Drink up, an' enjoy.", she says as she hands them out to everyone.
Female half-orc NPC
"Only with the officers, not with the rest of the crew.", she thinks for a moment. "Just got some in last night, I think. Probably was yours but it's the ship's now, lass. Standard trade prices, I got a list back at the shop. Ask me again tomorrow."

Jasmine Rose wrote: Blinking her big blue eyes at the half orc, smiling softly "I know the shop is closed but forgot to ask you for something today...it would mean soooo much, if could get a something from you." Let out a cozy sigh. Ah, thought you had written "he" instead of "she". Yeah, one of my current PCs has that trait. Very fun to RP.
"Cut-Throat" looks at Jasmine. "Sure, ye can get something from me. No problem at all, lass. Tomorrow, an' ye better have coin."
She seems unimpressed with Jasmine.
The DC to change the attitude of an indifferent NPC to friendly is 15 + the NPCs Charisma modifier (in this case, 14), so her attitude stays the same at the moment. Shoulda chugged the rum!
Female half-orc NPC
As everyone is talking, "Cut-Throat" Grok passes by with a cask and a bunch of cups, ladling out some for everyone.
"Rum rations, mates. Drink up.", she says with a hard grin that brokers no argument.
The rum ration is staggeringly strong, and is more used to keep the crew docile than anything else. PCs who drink the ration receive a +1d4 alchemical bonus to Charisma, are fatigued for 1d8 hours and take 1d3 points of Constitution damage. They must also make a DC 5 Fortitude save to resist becoming addicted to the stuff. You can deliberately tip it over on deck while pretending to drink it but to do so on the ship without being seen takes a DC 10 Stealth check. Selling or spilling the rations results in punishment.

The half-orc gives Allysen a strange look.
"An' why ye comin' here ta find somethin' fer the evenin' meal? 'Less ye want to cook it in alchemist's fire!", she shakes her head. "Ol' 'Fishguts' must be deep in the bottle ta send ye here for food. Yer new here, pup. I just dole out the rations. Ye want ta buy somethin', here's the place, ye want ta find ingredients, look around the galley!"
While it looks like everything is locked up in lockers, trunks and chests your sharp eyes pick out that the bolt on the door to the quartermaster's shop is unlocked. With your experience on ships, you know that the area is always locked, even when someone is manning it.
