Cupper's page

Not seeing anything dangerous, Cupper wanders onwards. He holds close to the wall and slinks along.

Stealth: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 10 = 16

Once in the large open room, he sniffs to try to catch the scent of any people. Since it seems pretty empty, he pads on over to each of the doors to the east side and sniffs them too. He also tries to smell if there is the tell-tale scents of fire and ash in the air somewhere in the building. The day so far has not had a whole lot of fire to enjoy, and Cupper is feeling a little grumpy as a result. He hopes that Tellerin can fix that soon.

Perception to hear or smell any presences here: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23

Cupper hops up behind the fellow while he's distracted by chatting to the party and slips in the open doorway.

Stealth to sneak by and get inside: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18

If he succeeds, he quietly explores the lit room.

Will save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21

Cupper grips Tellerin's hair for dear life, earning a yowl of pain from the gnome. As soon as the force passes, he dives back into the gnome's tattoos to hide from the very cold and evil forces at work. (move action to re-merge)

Cupper clambers up Tellerin's leg and torso to stand alert atop his head. His ears quiver as he tries to pinpoint the source of the danger.

Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9

Cupper returns close to Tellerin's side, eyes following William's flickering torchlight rather than looking around for danger. Cupper is sharing Tellerin's square as a tiny creature. I've moved him as such on the map.

A small adolescent fox with a bright scarlet coat of fur pads his way round Tellerin. After a couple of friendly nips at the gnome, the fox extends its nose to the air and twitches its ears.

YIP!

Perception to notice anything unusual about the tower: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27

Survival to catch unusual scents (aiding Jacinth): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15

Cupper makes figure eights around Tellerin's legs for a few moments before coming to a stop in front of him.

YIP!

He darts in and delivers a series of quick nips to the gnome's ankles.

Cupper flits out of Tellerin's still-groggy body and runs circles around Janira to distract her until the gnome is ready to answer.

When Tellerin clears his throat, Cupper jumps back towards the gnome and settles onto a perch atop his head.

Cupper leaps up onto the sarcophagus' lid, pads about in a circle, and then stares down at the desiccated body. He gives out a few yips, then looks imploringly at Tellerin.

Cupper wiggles with glee as his eyes watch the flames arc through the air. When the short lived spell disappears, he gives another yip and nibbles Tellerin's ear.

Again!

"YIP!"

Cupper chases the dancing lights like he's a cat and the flickering torchlights are rolling balls of yarn. When they fade out of existence he pounces back to Tellerin and climbs onto his shoulder, where he glaces around with interest and alertness. He seems particularly interested in Tellerin's jewelry and the light coming from Dolvin's spell.

Cupper follows closely after Tellerin and then leaps up towards his arm. In a flash, he retakes his tattoo form.

Cupper stares intently into the fireplace for a few long seconds before sniffing dismissively and running back to curl up at Tellerin's feet.
