Yikes! But no worries; no rush for any chronicles and obviously, Obviously IRL comes first. Thoughts are with her (and when you do eventually see this HMM, thank you so much for a fantastic game - especially one stepped into with such little notice. You remain one of the benchmarks of PbP for me! Feel better and recover well!)

That water is filling up mighty fast… Chirrit mutters as he Glares at one of the remaining demons before throwing his hammer at it. Demoralize, then Strike. Both on Pink, unless it’s dead by my turn in which case on Purple. And Strike is a ranged throw, so may Provoke from pink. Intimidate: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15

Chirrit's eyes widen as the very stones seem to animate against them. Swimming towards the pebbels, he does his best to see if any of the small stones are 'load bearing' for whatever sorts of trap magic this is. Thievery (Trained): 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24

Yeah, that makes sense. Just make sure to take a deep breath. Chirrit agrees. And be careful: from what I saw in there the place is pretty big but there was what might be, I don't know, some old blood smears. Chirrit has a Swim speed (and a solid Athletics on top of that) so is happy to swim through. We should probably get a rope line going to - tie it off to a tree here and have the lead swimming carry it with them in case that entrance is a bit more tunnel-y or longer than expected. GM: has the whole entry doorway/archway sunk below the water level? Or is there a small air gap?
First He'll grab a branch or stick or something and poke the water - all this take of demons and acid pollution ones at that have made him more nervous about toxic water :P

Ok Chirrit starts sketching out the circles in the dirt assuming there's at least one corner in the room of this old long-abandoned structure that's pretty dusty :) with his scabbard. So if they've all gotta match, Brimorak lines up with Arson, lines up with Fire He pauses. If the words stay in the same order, if we get one all the others would have to also line up anyway, right? Like if 'Arson' is always to the right of 'Pollution', then if we think the Brimorak stuff matches then it would have to be... I think that would line up with:
He looks to the group. Do we think that makes sense? I'll be the one to give it a spin if we want; if my idea's wrong only fair I get...demon-blasted or whatever.

Chirrit gives a complimentary nod to Schek for his trap-management skills. But the kobold is puzzled by the ring lock. Is the hammer a part of it? something they need to get the door open? Or just a thing on the other side? Chirrit scratches his scales. 'Slime' makes me think of pollution more than arson, torture, or death. And maybe acid too? But that could be a stretch. and those middle terms - are those things, places, or names? Sadly no religion, nor that lore

On the way, Chirrit wouldn't mind the ampoule if no one else wants it, but as he can Swim if needed would happily give first offer to those who are more...aquatic-challenged. -- Chirrit is taken by surprise at the charge from an evil dolphin of all things, and in his startlement he winces as the slob-demon strikes him. Thanks K! he calls as most of the injuries are quickly fixed by Keriassa, then moves through the soggy sand onto the beach. Get ashore! Demon or no I don't think it's a land-lubber! On the beach but still adjacent to the waterline - stupid difficult terrain :p Chirrit flings out his hammer at the demon that tried to ensluggen Gnimissh while yelling Schek: with your aim you and I can drop these slobs before they can ever cross the sand! ◈Stride, ◈ Strike at Yellow, ◈ One For All to set up Aid for Schek's next attack. Chirrit listens to his allies describe their visions. A lightning rod? Seems like more of a liability to have than a discovery. But I guess Calisaro knows what she's doing... That night, the kobold curls up tightly in a hammock belowdecks. The ocean air chills him uncomfortably. His sleep is fitful, perhaps shaken by the dragon's words... Chirrit is walking around on deck when Eando Kline comes up beside him. There sailor the leader says, pointing to something out in the distance. Do you see that?
And then he wakes up
Male Kobold Swashbuckler 4 - HP 50/50, AC 21 - Perception +8 - F +9/ R +12/ W +8 - Speed: 30 - Hero Points: 0/1
Chirrit drinks a potion of his own to recover from some of the dragon’s blows. Lesser Healing potion: 2d8 + 5 ⇒ (7, 6) + 5 = 18 The kobold then…guards his allies going through a memory-dream. Have none of those skills sadly, so will refrain from rolling and very likely screwing up the magic recall worse.

With that Critical failure on a Strike against Chirrit, he would have used his Opportune Riposte Reaction on it. Opp rip: 1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 8 + 1 = 17 for Bludgeoning: 2d6 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (2, 3) + 3 + 1 = 9 Chirrit smirks as the dragon's bit misses him. Is that all you've got? the kobold asks as he strikes back...a question which is then answered when the dragon's tail smacks him solidly. Shaking off the blow, Chirrit continues to stare at the dragon. You've got some aim then I see. But look about: there's six of us standing against you, more crew aboard coming over any minute, and your little imps are dropping like flies. So slink off, and you may live to tell tales of how you survived the Snapdragon! Below is assuming the 'stand down' attempt is two actions, and that it's separate from Demoralize (and thus he isn't immune to Chirrit's attempt for the moment). If these assumptions are incorrect, let me know.
Then to try and punctuate his point, he hurls out his hammer again at the scamp hassling Schek. Strike v Orange: 1d20 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 11 + 1 = 14 fr Bludgeoning: 2d6 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (3, 5) + 3 + 1 = 12

Re: later Act 3 missions. Schek's suggestion (voting in order 3,2,5,4) actually sounds solid to Chirrit kobolds together strong! Can't do much if your boat sinks, and the swashbuckler is less likely to have relevant mystic skills to tease out old memories from weird magic receptacles.

At Gnimmish's analysis Chirrit is ready to jump to the railing and start barking threats at the pursuing whale. But noticing the gnome then seems to be taking a softer approach the kobold pivots to instead trying to defend the ship from it rather than scare it off. For now... Before: As the ghost fades to its final peace Chirrit gives the goblin a moment of silence before saying: Coracle, Jig, Keri - good work calming them down. I like to think of myself as a talker, but this jaunt's definitely teaching me I've got plenty to learn about the 'mystic' side of things. The kobold is also extremely gracious to Keriassa as she patches up a bit of the bullet wound. Example the first I suppose: despite the fact a ghost isn't all there their bullets still do pack just the same punch I'm learning! --- Now: As Chirrit reacts to Eando and Calisro's warnings and braces himself he calls out to the team What in the Hells is up with this whale?!? I thought most weren't even meateaters, much less ones to hold a decade-long grudge!

Ah, thank you once again Hmm! Will: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14 Beginning to suspect this whale may not be real, Chirrit is nevertheless still thrown as he somehow feels its impact anyway. Continuing to move towards the mast, he moves near the mast. Then, realizing he doesnt actually know how to deal with ghosts that well, he starts encouraging his allies better suited to do so. Remind him about 'Cooperate'! Using his One With All ability, Chirrit would Aid another of the party who's trying to reassure the ghost - but he gets to Aid using his (much better) Diplomacy skill

Will: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14 The pain hurts, but Chirrit is more focused on the massive whale for the moment. Moving onto the ship's deck, he calls up to the 'goblin' I think you're aim's a bit off! We're Pathfinders too! We should be aiming at the whale, yes? Where is it? Could Chirrit attempt to use Diplomacy to talk down this ghost/likely haunt? Uncertain if that would have the 'concentrate' tag or not in this context. If attempt possible: Expert Diplomacy: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31

Makes sense. Chirrit nods. Row me up to the base of that aft section and I can get to climbing up the mast. What's left of it at least. He looks out. Maybe approach from its port-side: less random rocks to worry about and I can swim to the deck itself once we're close. And just steering clear of danger isnt' exactly the Pathfinder way. Diplomacy: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (15) + 11 = 26 Could Chirrit also make a separate Sense Motive check on her?
