This dour ship's surgeon is sure to think little of the Wormwood - a sad excuse for flotsam - with an undisciplined mob for a crew. But he is a carpenter and an engineer with shipping know-how. He's a genuine wizard of wood.

Hopefully one day he will finally get impressed onto a ship!

If we have been shanghaied, what does this mean for our spellbooks? I guess we start without them, eh? Tough beans.

I created this wood elementalist/shipwright carpenter for the wormwood recruitment thread. I made him for s&s and would really like to play him.

He is a carpenter wizard with a naval pedigree. He is not exactly a pirate. He is an aloof expert who scoffs at the riffraff. But he is certainly no angel, and neither is his familiar, who is a quintessential pirate.

Cardan the Carpenter (Wood Elementalist) is still up for consideration.
I would like to develop him as the "expert" on board. He isn't a pirate per se - rather a young shipwright-engineer wizard. His familiar, however, will be a pirate through and through.
