Does the tracking information work for anyone? Every order I've tried to track comes back with a message saying tracking information is unavailable at any point of the shipping process when I've checked.

When I try to search using the provided tracking ID (with a PZ prefix) the UPS site throws an error.

I'm running against an error with the Beadle and Grimm Rogue Character Chronicle. After adding it to my downloads and downloading it, the PDF file is 0kb and Adobe Reader errors out saying it is either an unsupported file type or damaged.

Good afternoon! Order 36672487 has been marked as pending since 9/23. After updating my card info CS pushed the payment through but I'm still not seeing a shipped status nor am I able to access the associated pdfs. Is there something I need to do on my end?

I'm hoping Paizo will consider additional shipping options for orders. My local post office has now misplaced multiple subscription orders over a hundred dollars and frankly, I want to have an option where they are completely removed from the process.

With my current order I can't even recover the tracking ID as the website keeps timing out so I don't have any information to take to the post office to get help.

I was hoping I could get some clarification for the Puncture Veil spell -

It says the target takes Bleeding 1 (2 for full action) for 3 rounds. This sounds like PF2e's condition terminology rather that what I usually see in Starfinder.

Starfinder to my knowledge, usually has bleed damage coming from die rolls or a class level (Bleeding Shot Operative Exploit). Bleeding effects are also ongoing unless stopped with first aid or magical healing usually. There may be out there, but I can't think of an instance where previous bleed effects have a limited duration.

Heya! My girlfriend tried creating a Paizo account using her gmail account but never got the verification email so she's stuck in this limbo where she can't log in or try a password reset to get logged in. This has happened for both her gmail accounts.

Support has confirmed the accounts have been created but we're waiting on a follow up about not being able to log in and not getting verification emails.

I created my account using gmail and never had this issue. We're waiting to hear back from support but we wanted to check the forums and try and see if we could crowdsource a solution.
