It's cool, I understand!
Thanks for trying GM

Caelynn offered a soft smile. "You are welcome Mathias, I wouldn't have just left you to it on your own." She told him with a nod.

However she did find it odd that he said that it gripped tighter when she poured water upon it yet it helped him to get out...

"Holy energy, even from holy water, effects haunts." Caelynn explained. "But this... It didn't react to the water at all."

Caelynn let out a long sigh after the manacles stopped beating on the door. "This place is horribly haunted, yet that wasn't a haunt.." Caelynn said as she moved to join the rest at the door Quinn was at.

Caelynn grabbed Burgen next. "Time to run not fight!"

"We can now! It has his wrist before!" Caelynn pointed out before she grabbed Mathias and tried to push him towards the door.

Combat Manuver: Reposistion: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21

"I don't believe this is a haunt or ghost! Holy water did nothing!"

Trying to move him closer to the door

"Mathias!!" Caelynn gasped as she swiftly moved into action. She grabbed onto Mathias's free arm with one hand and pulled against the chains, as her other hand dug into her pockets to get a vial of holy water. "Hold onto me Mathias!" She told him before she used her teeth to pull the top of vial off and pour the water onto the manacle that had claimed his right arm.

"Chains?" Caelynn asked. "That is a bad thing, I agree with Mathias that we should leave swiftly!" Caelynn said as she headed for the door.

This is a simple update to all my games. My laptop is finally starting to die. It no longer can hold a charge and it is so old that it is just better to replace it. But as we're moving out of our appartment this month it might be a bit before I get one. I still plan on using my laptop, unless it totally dies, which at that point I will be using my phone which will make my posts... well lets just say the auto-correct on my phone sucks and isn't worth the space it takes up. I'll still be here! I will totally be reading, just I might be slower.

"I can indeed make use of all of these." Caelynn said "And if none others here can use them then I guess I am the only one who can take and use them." She added as she looked the wand over.

"I called on Pharasma for another spell of healing, so one more." Caelynn answered before she placed her hand upon his wounds again. "Let us see if she finds favor with us."

CLW: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10

Caelynn stepped up and looked Quinn over. "You're burned." She said a bit worriedly. "Hold still." She told him as she moved her vile, her birthmark glowed and healing energy flowed from her into Quinn

CLW: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

Taking a moment to find a way around, Caelynn moved and stabbed at a spider with her dagger.

Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
Damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

"A temple." Caelynn said a bit taken back as she stepped in. "But to whom?" She wondered a loud as she looked around.

Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25

"Now we are getting somewhere!" Caelynn said with a smile. "Shall we follow this to check the other doors here?" She asked.

"Well then." Caelynn said with a sigh. "Shall we try the ones on this wall?" She asked as she pointed to the opposite wall.

"I wondered how many more spirits we'll see." Caelynn said calmly as they moved along.

Caelynn looked the room over and shook her head. "Break room maybe?" She asked before she looked to the door at her side. "Shall we try the other Quinn?" She asked.

"Let us see what else this place has in-store for us..." Caelynn agreed as she followed in kind.

"I can hold onto the healing kits, and I think you should take one of the antitoxin, potions, and bloodblock Quinn. Then Burgen you take one of each of those as well as Mathias. Then Ingrid and I will each take a potions, and Ingrid could also take the antiplauge." Caelynn suggested.

At the fear released Caelynn, she shook her head and looked around. When what had happened finally settled into her mind she moved and rejoined her allies rather embarrassed with herself. "I am... so sorry..." She muttered.

I am still willing to play if everyone else is!

Hey guys! It's my last round of running away! XD

Caelynn kept moving as the feeling of fear slowly began to leave her.

Still running for another round

Caelynn keeps running, heading back to the entrance

Caelynn kept up the pace, moving to the next door and opening it.

Still under fear

Rounds of Fear: 1d4 ⇒ 4
-_-.... haaate

Quickly Caelynn followed her allies

Caelynn, following her allies into the room, looked around, trying to keep an extra sharp eye open for anything that could be a haunt.

Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22

"Get moving!" Caelynn called. "Out! Out!" She shouted to the group as she pointed to the door.

"Haunted!" Caelynn said in almost as a judge who had given a verdict. Swiftly she raised a hand high over her head and called out "Lady of Fate! Let it not be today!" Her hand glowed as she swiftly moved foreword and touched the furnace, positive energy flowing freely to it.

"This room does not feel right. I suggest we move through quickly." Caelynn said "This was likely the starting place for the fire, if any place bares a haunt it is likely here." Swiftly she moved to the other side of the room and opened the door.

I'm on my phone and can't move my pawn on the map. Please someone move it for me?

Caelynn helped Rego, though it was a bit against her better judgement, and soon found herself falling in behind her allies.

"Intent is what can make a terrible accident into murder." Caelynn pointed out as she turned to look at her friends. "But Mathias is correct, right now is not the time for philosophical debate. While I do not want us using these items something has settled upon my mind... if another should come upon these while we are away since we did unlock the door, they could meet a grim fate. Mathias can you lock the door back?" She asked.

"We may not have the power to destroy them." Caelynn pointed out. "As each has its own aura, I'd need more time to try and figure them out. So for now I suggest we leave them be."

"Ingrid may have been correct." Caelynn said as she covered her eye once more. "There is a necromantic aura around each of these items. I do not suggest picking any of them up."

"Let me see if so." Caelynn said as she stepped foreword and moved the vial from her marked eye. She blinked twice before looking at all of the items before her.

Detect Magic, anything that isn't on the list above already?

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12

"A fair likely thing." Caelynn said with a solid nod.

Isn't It just a perception check to see if something is haunted?

"If we break it the building may come down on top if us." Caelynn pointed out. "Let Mathias do his work." She said with a small nod.

"I say we finish the doors first." Caelynn answered as she crossed her arms. "But then again I'm not too keen on jumping down there."

Caelynn stepped foreword, hand outstretched. "Careful Quinn, don't get too close. After the doors and stand I don't think we should risk too much by a large dark hole." Caelynn said.

Are you alright Quinn?" Caelynn asked as she moved over to him. "Hmmm... we may need to be even more careful then before."

Caelynn stepped in and began to look around.

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14

"There is Quinn, but I save such spells for stitching together wounds." Caelynn told him shamelessly. "If I am not going to use them upon any of you I would prefer to use them on the spirits themselves... should we meet any." She said.

"A haunt." Caelynn said. "Which one of you has the vials? Open one quickly!"

Caelynn moved foreword and placed her hand upon the door.

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Knowledge Religion: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19

Looking the doors over Caelynn searched her mind for anything she knew that might do this.

"Those doors have aged... remarkably well. That seems... odd." Caelynn mentioned as she passed into the room, "Even more so given the state of this room."

Caelynn follows, keeping in step with the others as she looked around the place with each step.

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22

"I will gladly take the daggers if no other wants them. I am well versed in using daggers as I've been around them all my days. I'm also more skilled with them than the average user if I do say so myself." Caelynn said with a small smile before she laid her hand upon Rego's shoulder. "Also I have thought ahead for you. I've asked my Lady to give me the power to use more... negative energy this day. I can heal you." She told him with a nod.

Caelynn accepted the coin and put it away as the building collapsed. "Thank the Lady. Not today."

"Is everyone alright?" Caelynn asked as she called down. "No one too badly injured to climb back up are they?" Caelynn looked sideways at Rego as she awaited a reply from below and said, "Ensure to knot the rope. It'll make climbing for the others easier."

"Good idea, let us see what we can find." Caelynn agreed as she made her way to the house.
