As in, use an eagle? Cuz otherwise all I can think of is Scrubs and I don't think that will help us much...
Heh. I think at a table with this the players overthinking it for you would have made it interesting, as they would giveyou what you might have needed to flesh it out in response to the parties tensions or whatever. On the board with this sort of setup its hard to maintain "tension" in the same way, my 2cp anyway.
YEah I have some games that flicker and endure and quite a few where the lagging post is indicative of some other issue and its just a slow dying. As long as I know which way the wind is blowing I have been on these boards for years and I'm not leaving any time soon, I just like to poke the hive every once in a while to make sure the bees are still home...
Soooooo.... It sorta seems like maybe we are flickeribg out... -Posted with Wayfinder
Brittiri watches with interest as Aiseilura works with the grappling hook. After the first through the gnome cannot help but wince but says nothing, not wanting to disrupt her efforts. The gnome instead begins a series of simple exercises to limber himself up so that he is as ready as possible to climb once the rope is in place...
Probably just for safety it would be better for me to jump rather than Aiseilura simply since I am lighter and smaller and less likely to trip something maybe? That was why I was wondering about the layout as far as anchoring a rope, If I could basically shimmy up to it, grab it and back without making contact with anything I figured that would be ideal ...
Brittiri ignores Caun at first as Ryzern and the others assess the situation after a few moments the gnome finally speaks, With a run I can make the platform probably pretty easy. Getting off would be more of an issue... Is it possible to walk around the moat and to a far wall? Basically what I am curious about is anchoring a rope in a wall and then shimmying across...
The gnome bristles at the room and stays closer to the door, "This seems in poor taste really...the room I mean." -Posted with Wayfinder

I want to apologize in advance that my access will be spotty through the 4th of January. Basically my family is having some issues that require more attention than anticipated and additional issues of illness add to the complication. I will do my best to check in as I can but don't wait for me, I guess is what I am saying.
The gnome sighs as looks upon the carnage, Reminds me of those games folks would have you play during certain holiday celebration. 'Reach in the bowl to find a prize'. The warden offers a derisive shake of his head and walks in the room to look closer, not touching anything yet...Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19 If its possible to take 20 (stipulating that he isn't moving anything at this point, I would do that instead.[/dice] [ooc]Having some issues on the home front, may be Wed before I can be back full on in the swing of things.
The gnome tasks the flask with a nod but declines the bolts. Upon seeing the dreadguard use his sword to pop a crate the gnome swears out loud and reaches into his bag and produces a 12 inch rod that he clicks and snaps in a variety of manners until he basically has a crowbar in his hands, Don't treat a blade that way. Use this.
Brittiri shifts his footing, and uses his new position to unleash a flurry of savage strikes against the closes foe. Switch to pugilist stance STrike 1 PA: 1d20 + 6 - 1 ⇒ (1) + 6 - 1 = 6
Widely off base with the first strike Brittiri presses with his off hand hopeful to make a hit... Damage: 1d4 + 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + (6) + 4 = 12
In a flash Brittiri twist his body and flies through the air, tumbling from the top of the boxes to the floor, the action so fast he is able to steady himself an unleash his full prowess upon the mechanical man before him...
