I mean it isn't hurting me that its on the list, just sad that the numbers are so infrequent...

Brittiri nods at the Dreadguard and follows...

Brittiri smirks at Ryzern, Cute.

Mhmm hmm...ayup.

I would love it if we could animate the key, lol. That would be awesome.

As in, use an eagle? Cuz otherwise all I can think of is Scrubs and I don't think that will help us much...

Brittiri grunts, Not like they'll just let us go anyway. Better forward then back.

Brittiri harumph's at the effort, Maybe we can grab that other one and then be on our way?

Heh. I think at a table with this the players overthinking it for you would have made it interesting, as they would giveyou what you might have needed to flesh it out in response to the parties tensions or whatever. On the board with this sort of setup its hard to maintain "tension" in the same way, my 2cp anyway.

Brittiri grunts as some opt to stay and other go. Stroking his chin for a moment the Warder merely shrugs, I'll stay too I suppose. If you get hurt or stuck or something yell out...

If the GM asks "are you taking any other precautions" you answer yes! :p

YEah I have some games that flicker and endure and quite a few where the lagging post is indicative of some other issue and its just a slow dying.

As long as I know which way the wind is blowing I have been on these boards for years and I'm not leaving any time soon, I just like to poke the hive every once in a while to make sure the bees are still home...

Soooooo.... It sorta seems like maybe we are flickeribg out...

Well the floor ends up ahead but that darkness seems to be there to stay. How do you want to do this?

Brittiri drops to the floor in place and then puts his hand out gently to ensure that there is more floor ahead...

Yah. Can someone try to light it up?

We go to the leftmost of the two remaining...

Annnnd there we go. Hopefully we can get the rest before those little mephit guys burn the place down.

Brittiri moves to retrieve the key...

Climb is 14, Acro is 19

GM let me take 10 on this or do you need me to roll?

Are we going to set up a rope or am I jumping across?

As long as they give us enough time to get out of here before they burn the place down...

I would be happy to drag a crate to pay...cheapest toll of my life.

I'm in the same position as Caun, little in the way of possessions or treasures that are of value. Those that ARE of value, I can't part with...unless they want the ioun torch for some strange reason.
The gnome points at the dimly glowing crystal circling his head lazily.

Apologies for slow replies, last couple of days, I have been having real bad connection issues at work, they are doing something to the network side and everything is running like crap...

Brittiri stands at attention with Caun waiting to see what, if anything, might be said...

I don' though if you think something in there can talk it I have the ability to understand it...

Brittiri watches with interest as Aiseilura works with the grappling hook. After the first through the gnome cannot help but wince but says nothing, not wanting to disrupt her efforts. The gnome instead begins a series of simple exercises to limber himself up so that he is as ready as possible to climb once the rope is in place...

I am so glad that risking my life and limb is ideal such an enthusiastic option for you all. :p

With Tark's map in place it looks doable. I say we go for it.

Probably just for safety it would be better for me to jump rather than Aiseilura simply since I am lighter and smaller and less likely to trip something maybe? That was why I was wondering about the layout as far as anchoring a rope, If I could basically shimmy up to it, grab it and back without making contact with anything I figured that would be ideal ...

Brittiri ignores Caun at first as Ryzern and the others assess the situation after a few moments the gnome finally speaks, With a run I can make the platform probably pretty easy. Getting off would be more of an issue...

Is it possible to walk around the moat and to a far wall? Basically what I am curious about is anchoring a rope in a wall and then shimmying across...

"So what's in the moat, you think?"

The gnome bristles at the room and stays closer to the door, "This seems in poor taste really...the room I mean."

What. The. F+!$. B$~$%$*+. All power to you Tark.

Fort?: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

Brittiri lets out a yell as the wight's touch obviously causes him some kind of harm.

The gnome grimaces in frustration but continues to press the attack...

Gladii 1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Gladii 2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18

Damage Gladii 1?: 1d4 + 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (3) + (4) + 2 = 9
Damage Gladii 2?: 1d4 + 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + (5) + 2 = 11

Brittiri takes a step around the creature, pulling his baldes as he moves. Adopting an agressive stance pugilist stance the gnome begins hacking at the undead menace...

Move to AT70, full attack...

Gladii 1: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
Gladii 2: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15

Gladii Dam 1?: 1d4 + 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (3) + (4) + 2 = 9

Gladii Dam 2?: 1d4 + 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (1) + (1) + 2 = 4

I want to apologize in advance that my access will be spotty through the 4th of January. Basically my family is having some issues that require more attention than anticipated and additional issues of illness add to the complication. I will do my best to check in as I can but don't wait for me, I guess is what I am saying.

Init?: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20

The gnome sighs as looks upon the carnage, Reminds me of those games folks would have you play during certain holiday celebration. 'Reach in the bowl to find a prize'. The warden offers a derisive shake of his head and walks in the room to look closer, not touching anything yet...Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19 If its possible to take 20 (stipulating that he isn't moving anything at this point, I would do that instead.[/dice]

[ooc]Having some issues on the home front, may be Wed before I can be back full on in the swing of things.

Yah upper left sounds good.

An awful lot of work for artifice but then again look what they have us doing... Brittiri motions for the return of his tool and otherwise frowns at the proceedings, Well no sense in dawdling, more rooms to be massacred by...

Ok, no that makes COMPLETE sense. I was just a bit out of it, lol

Did a post disappear as far as describing what Caun found?

The gnome tasks the flask with a nod but declines the bolts. Upon seeing the dreadguard use his sword to pop a crate the gnome swears out loud and reaches into his bag and produces a 12 inch rod that he clicks and snaps in a variety of manners until he basically has a crowbar in his hands, Don't treat a blade that way. Use this.

Brittiri offers a sullen grunt as the combat ends, nodding at Ryzern's comment about things being unpleasant. The gnome errant scratches a cheek as he looks around, I assume there is a key or something in here too then eh?

Brittiri steps up next to Lienhol and continues to strike out with his gladii...

Strike 1 PA: 1d20 + 6 - 1 ⇒ (8) + 6 - 1 = 13
Strike 2 PA: 1d20 + 6 - 1 ⇒ (17) + 6 - 1 = 22

Damage Strike 2: 1d4 + 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (1) + (1) + 4 = 6

Ick usually I ask divine intervention to be a bit less costly, sorry about that ;p

Brittiri shifts his footing, and uses his new position to unleash a flurry of savage strikes against the closes foe. Switch to pugilist stance

STrike 1 PA: 1d20 + 6 - 1 ⇒ (1) + 6 - 1 = 6
Strike 2 PA: 1d20 + 6 - 1 ⇒ (9) + 6 - 1 = 14

Widely off base with the first strike Brittiri presses with his off hand hopeful to make a hit...

Damage: 1d4 + 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + (6) + 4 = 12

My EXTREME apologies for being absent the last few days. Crazy inter-family drama saw me having to go to the middle of nowhere for the Thanskgiving holiday and I got unexpectedly cut off from the universe. Very sorry.

Did I not make it to H3? I just want to make sure I am where I think I am as I proceed?

In a flash Brittiri twist his body and flies through the air, tumbling from the top of the boxes to the floor, the action so fast he is able to steady himself an unleash his full prowess upon the mechanical man before him...

Okay Leaping Dragon as swift action to H3, +10 to Acro check, treated as running start, sswift action

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 10 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 10 + 9 = 22 Garbage roll but more than enough to move the 5'

Once he lands, full attack on G3

Attack Glad 1, PA: 1d20 + 6 - 1 ⇒ (6) + 6 - 1 = 11
Attack Glad 2, PA: 1d20 + 6 - 1 ⇒ (9) + 6 - 1 = 14 Enh?

Damage?: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
