For our next adventure we will be playing the Lost City of Barakus.

I want to tie it in and show how it fits with the rest of the Lost Land but have no clue where to start. Each book is a tomb. And how does each title fit into the world and with each other?

I heard that Paizo has auctions at Gencon for boons .

If so what boons are being auctioned off this year? Any other Paizo auctions at Gencon?

Hello. As per your recommendation, I contacted pathfindersociety@paizo.com with the below question. I have now sent them three emails and have not received a reply from them.

How do I get help with this?

I won the Bristlecoat Boon in a raffle at the Gaming Hoopla 2017, Event 92399 on April 8, 2017. My PFS # is 193913. The PFS Venture Captain for the event submitted the information immediately after I won via internet right in front of me.

I was wondering if you actually received my information and if so when and how do I receive the Boon?

So I'm trying to fill up a first level dungeon with realistic ecology -

Troglodytes would naturally live deeper and further into a dungeon and push the kobolds towards the entrance of the dungeon where it is more dangerous.

But the real question is would these two races even get along and be compatible in the same dungeon? Or would the Kobolds be forced out or eaten by the larger humanoid Troglodytes?

Trogs have incredible cruelty but are intelligent as well so I could see them tolerating the Kobolds by making them live nearer the entrance - sort of cannon fodder for them. But Kobolds are not unintelligent themselves and work well in groups.

What do you guys think? Compatible species and what would their social dynamics be?

Does anyone know of any cr2 or lower monsters that can cause fear?

Thanks for your help.

Rhona, a well liked deputy in Pleasant Valley (PV) walks into the Truck Stop/Garage which is the staging point for all of PV's roadcrews. You were told last night to prepare for a run tomorrow but the details were unknown.

Road Crew Four she says addressing your team, The sheriff and mayor want to see you.

Unsure what this is about you guys gather your team and meet at the town hall. Sheriff Biggs walks out and tells you the Mayor is waiting for you and needs to talk to you.

Inside the Mayor appears even more stressed then his already worrisome demeanor. The Sheriff takes his side.
As you guys know the long range roadcrew has never returned home and it has been over three weeks. Road Crew Three which followed their path has not been heard of or seen from again.

We cant afford to lose any more people and we cant afford to stay buttoned up any longer. Almost apologetically he informs you,
Roadcrew Four - you are the towns new long range roadcrew. Our first harvest was over a week ago and we cant afford to sit on the produce any longer or it will go to waste. You need to get it to the town of Fish Camp (FC). At FC, retrieve their engineer so that he can come back and repair Air Turbine 12, which is close to failing, and remind their pediatrician, again, that we have the only known orphanage left and we need him here.

You cant fail. With the loss of two road crew teams I dont need to tell you that our town defenses are seriously impaired. Get the supplies delivered. Pick up their engineer and doctor; get them back here first and do a perimeter sweep. We cant afford to get attacked.

The militia will fill in your crew as needed Normal guys that try hard but are out of their league. 2's across the board for attributes/skills. No pursuits. Just average guys doing the best they can.

When you are ready you meet at the northern gate.
Lined up in march order with a plan; the militia drive the armored trash truck off the road.

The open highway and the wastelands lie ahead.

Moracai - Lucas "Stinker" Sanchez - Nomad Scavenger
Tenro - "Chop Shop" Dean - Bartertown Hauler
Bantamweight - James John "Slim" Corbett - Nomad Road Warrior
YoricksRequiem - Estelle Beaumont - Bartertown Healer
Darkwolf445 - Remnant Greaser
Arknight - Steader Sentinel

Campaign info updated as well

Hello Survivors!

I'm opening up the discussion thread so the players can talk about anything they want such as:

-Game ideas and concepts

-Concerns

-Character concepts, backgrounds, ideas of why you are all grouped together.

Here are some ideas I have roaming through my head. Feel free to pick which ones you like or add new ones and open this up for discussion since this is after all... the discussion thread...

-I want to push you guys out into the wasteland as that is where the adventure is.

-You guys are already a nomadic tribe/gang of wasteland survivors or

-You are from a settlement and you guys are the muscle of the settlement. It is your job to go into the wasteland and scavenge, go on missions, run courier jobs to other settlements and fight the bad guys. Or

-You guys are the survivors of a settlement that was overrun and destroyed by Road Rats (psychotic predators of the wasteland - think the Lord Humongus and his gang of psychopaths from the Road Warrior and you have the idea).

Or if you guys are completely evil inclined you could be a gang of Road Rats...

Is your character from the new generation of post apocalypse kids or are you old timers who remember life before the war?

Is 30 years post apocalypse too much? Should we go ten years instead? Basically do you want a Mad Max scenario or a Book of Eli scenario?

Anyone want to join in on a gasoline fueled post apocalypse game? I'll be GMing and I believe we already have 2 other players but we could use some more. Details are still be fleshed out but I think we'll be trying to use roll20 or similar. Pbp is possible too.

The game will start mid october. You can download the rules free from drivethru

Hi everyone. This is my first week playing Pathfinder and I jumped into a party where everyone is 8th level. So I've read the rules and checked out the forum but it is still clear as mud to me...

how many formulas (not known spells) do I add into my formula book and how many do I add at each level?

Thanks for your help. It's confusing!
