Considering my groups Bard Diplomatic rolls, a minus 20 is not that bad.

I guess we need to clear this beast. How to get it out without getting attacked though? Are the bones arrayed as trigger points? Can we trigger the beast out and then pounce?
I have no idea what these bones are, but what do y'all think is going on with that hole? The one in the middle of the bones? Back up away from the hole, gingerly, and draw my sword.
