Human Fighter
Hey GM.
Thanks for inviting me to play with you, but as it is, currently I’m barely being able to keep my own games running. So, to not sacrifice things and continue the poor Bec interpretation, I’ll be leaving the game.
I’m sorry for the trouble and I hope you understand.
Human Fighter
Bec continues his attack, focusing on destrying the enemy once and for all!
"Taste my blade!"
Atk | Precison Attack | Great Weapon Mastery: 1d20 + 6 + 1d8 - 5 ⇒ (12) + 6 + (7) - 5 = 20
Dmg: 1d8 + 4 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 4 + 10 = 16
Human Fighter
Since I attacked only three times, surprise and those two attack on the doppel, I still have one mastery dice.
Feeling confident, inspired, Bec strides inside the room ready to kill, picturing himself as the great warrior in the legends, inspired by the invisible member of the party.
"More uglies?!"
Atk | Inspiration | Great Weapon Master: 1d20 + 6 + 1d6 - 5 ⇒ (16) + 6 + (3) - 5 = 20
Dmg: 1d8 + 4 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 4 + 10 = 16
Human Fighter
I need to update the saves in my header, to make it easier for the DM, but I'm having a bit of trouble:
Is the base save 10 as it is in pathfinder or it's 8?
I mean, for passive perception it is:
8 + Perception skill
Or
10 + Perception skill?
Human Fighter
Surprise
Atk | Precision Attack | Great Weapon Master: 1d20 + 6 + 1d8 - 5 ⇒ (18) + 6 + (4) - 5 = 23
Dmg: 1d8 + 4 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 4 + 10 = 17
Charging like a mad man, bec yells and hack and slash the first thing he sees!
==//==
then, using his momentum, the big man continues his onslaught!
Attack!
Atk | Precision Attack | Great Weapon Master: 1d20 + 6 + 1d8 - 5 ⇒ (13) + 6 + (4) - 5 = 18
Dmg: 1d8 + 4 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 4 + 10 = 18
Action Surge to get another attack!!
Atk | Precision Attack | Great Weapon Master: 1d20 + 6 + 1d8 - 5 ⇒ (16) + 6 + (8) - 5 = 25
Dmg: 1d8 + 4 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 4 + 10 = 21
"Suffer? SUFFER? BEC WILL TEACH YOU SUFFERING!"
If the enemy falls I get another melee attack, which will be used in the other enemy, if possible.
Atk | Precision Attack | Great Weapon Master: 1d20 + 6 + 1d8 - 5 ⇒ (4) + 6 + (2) - 5 = 7
Dmg: 1d8 + 4 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 4 + 10 = 16
And in one round, I've used all my resources! Such planning!
Human Fighter
While the other discuss how to open the door,
Bec stay ready to charge thru, if any opening is provided.
Human Fighter
Bec looks at the captives at loss of that to say, and end up saying nonsence as always. "You guys keep up what you are doing. I'll keep a lookout..."
He says moving to the room entrance.
Human Fighter
I’ve been busy last days, sorry for the short notice.
I’ll update in some minutes.
Human Fighter
Atk: 1d20 + 6 + 1d8 ⇒ (8) + 6 + (8) = 22
Dmg: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Feeling confident, Bec continues his attack.
"You ain't my match!" in his simple mind, hitting once is already reason to feel superior.
Using Precision attack once more.
Human Fighter
Precision Attack: 1d20 + 6 + 1d8 ⇒ (8) + 6 + (7) = 21
1d8 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Tired of missing their enemy, Bec focuses in precision over power.
Using precision attack.
Human Fighter
"You had this commin!" The big man says furious for being startled when the thugs appeared.
Attacking the blue.
Atk: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
Dmg: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Human Fighter
Taken by surprise, Bec screams!
"Whaaaaaaaa" not unlikely a sissy.
Human Fighter
After losing his tempo and not doing anything to help his allies, Bec can at least pretend to be doing something.
He moves closer to the others and says ”Tha’ was easy!”
Human Fighter
Some hard days at work.
Sorry for the delay. I’ll try to update later today.
Human Fighter
Ouch, I misread the DM post. I though I was after the Enemy. I was waiting him to post so I could act. My bad, sorry.
Bec moves from behind and stop just besides the pit.
"Now wha? Throw stones at em?"
Also, how you calculate passive perception?
Human Fighter
Bec keeps looking from where he is, his eye trying to pry what dangers lies ahead.
Human Fighter
"Less talkin' and more doin'." Bec complains when the group keeps without deciding which way to go. For him it really didn't matter, sooner or later they would have to face whatever there was to face, and sooner maybe was better than later when facing an eye-gaze-flesh-rotting-monster.
Human Fighter
Bec allows the others to the talking. He positions himself behind as always covering for anything that might attack them from there.
Looking at the others, he points to the door with his sword, his message clear: ‘what are you waiting for?’
Human Fighter
Bec moves with his sword and shield in hand, but is disappointed that as always, Andrei if blocking the path to the enemy.
"Move outtaof way!" he says waiting for an opportunity to attack.
Human Fighter
"You guys with nimble feet shoulda go ahead." Bac says to the others. He knows being silent isn't something he is good at.
Human Fighter
Bec the drunk readies his shield and weapon. He wasn't sure what the enemy was, but if it was an enemy, the the sword was the answer.
"Whendoweleave?" he asks
Human Fighter
Earlier:
Having proved to be the biggest and strongest of the place, since no one dared to contest him, Bec moves after the mug, I mean, Morgan and see what the fuzz is all about. One thing for certain tho, the lass was probably impressed with his manly display. Next time for sure she would be his for the taking!
Now:
”Thugs? Red brand gang? Where?” he asks sword in drunken hands, looking at the completely wrong diferection.
Human Fighter
"Hum? Who dare to call the mighty Bec?" he calls out and then stop, taking a hard look at the dwarf. ”Dinnaeknow you? And who is Drei?” he tries walking a step, but his big built hit tables , chairs, locals to what he tries to say something that even good wouldn’t understand.
Human Fighter
"Gimmeanotherbeer!" Bec asks when the barkeeper keeps ignoring his requests.
"Dinnae hear? I'm Bec the Mighty and I WANT BEER!" he yells the last part, already drunk.
Human Fighter
Things were started to get a little bit brighter! Beck news he was almost ready to talk to the king himself! Only he wasn’t sure there was a king. In any event he takes a deep breath, gathering his courage and…
”Gimmeanother beer!”
Human Fighter
Bec continues at the inn. Trying to gather courage and talk to the lass. But is failing miserably.
"More beer" he orders and he doesn't even like beer.
Human Fighter
”You go ahead, I’ll catch you up later…” Bec says not really paying any attention to what’s being said, the word ‘lass’ made him forget about everything else. A harder and meaner battle had just started. Should he talk to her or not?
Human Fighter
Human Fighter
Bec follows along. Drink, eat, shit, complain and drink some more. He doesn't really feel bad about the whole thing, on the contrary, he likes it, but someone told him adventures should be grumpy and always complain, so complain he does.
Human Fighter
Well.
It went surprisingly well, all things considered.
I’m somewhat already back, may not post today, but I’ll try to catch up tomorrow.
Thanks for your support and patience.
Human Fighter
"'dventures? Aye, we are mercenaries. Sword an' magic for hire." i think! Bec says from behind striking a mighty pose, showing off his weapons armor and muscle.
Human Fighter
"Aye, no rest for the wicked." bec complains getting up and preparing his weapons for any combat.
Human Fighter
Bec sits down and rest with the others. The thought of returning making him happier. Good food, pretty girls, comfy beds. And now they had gold to aford that!
Just waiting the return trip
Human Fighter
"Nay, no getting it, whatever it was." Bec says helping Duncan to his feet. "What now? Are we done here? I want a nice warm bed and a lifetime of sleep!"
Human Fighter
"Wha' was that?" Bec asks eye wided the feeling monster. It's only them he notices the fallen man, and he hurries off to drop the potion in the fallen man's mouth.
Potion?: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (3, 4) + 2 = 9
There's no map for the chase, so I didn't move my toke either, but as described earlier, I went to check it as well.
Human Fighter
Bec was too late too see what the others have been doing. Some of them went running after something, others exploring the keep.
Bec wasn't sure of what to do, but for the time being, he went to check the others that went chasing. Maybe they needed help.
Human Fighter
Lazyness took over the big man now that the threat was dealt with. Not that he had any merit in felling the creature. After all the rage and madness in the last battle, Bec as secretely shaken. He put his mind to work and started to think on how to improve his fighting. Using magic would be good, but that was something beyond him, and those complicated gestures and words, Bec wound't be able to remember all of it!
He sets then for a number of tricks to be unsed in combat, to give him an edge over his enemies.
Then, after considering all of this, which took a large amount of time, he follow the others.
Human Fighter
Hey, sorry about my absence.
Some weeks ago, I had a small accident, and things got complicated, when I thought it was getting good. I went to hospital again yesterday and once more, kinda numb from meds.
I apologize for the delay, and I’ll post in some hours.
Human Fighter
I'll be most likely getting the archetype that gives maneuvers.
Work is biting my back today, do I’ll only be able to update later today or tomorrow morning.
Human Fighter
HP: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
I formated my computer and lost the player's handbook.
I'll consult it later and then update the character.
Human Fighter
Atk: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Dmg: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Bec attacks again the monster, but with no more confidence than the last time.
Human Fighter
"Go away, you ugly thing!"
Atk: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
Dmg: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Bec attacks again, but being somewhat near death, may have compromised the man's accuracy.
Human Fighter
"Again??" the man asks dumbefold as he moves to attack.
Atk: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Dmg: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Human Fighter
"Hey, hey. Can't we rest sum more?" Bec complains following the others. He felt dead, then alive. This was still freaking the big man.
Human Fighter
After dealing with the king, Bec takes some time to look around.
Dead bodies. Everywhere there were dead bodies.
Goblins, Hobgoblins, Bugbear, Bear, even his allies! They're all dead!
The big man slumps to the ground, and sadly says "Dinnae had much time with you. But gonna miss you'all."
Human Fighter
"GONNA KILL YOUUU!!!" He continues yelling. Mostly of desperation than an actual intimidation howl.
With that, he brings his sword down at the bugbear king, hopping for a miracle.
Atk: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
Dmg: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
Human Fighter
"What? Momma? Just half more bell!" the big man complains when he is morgan awakens him,it takes somes moments until he realises he isn't at home anymore, but fighting for his dear life!
Looking around, the bear/owl already dead. he pic up his sword and shield, and move towards the noise of battle.
"YOU TRIED AN' FAILED, I'M GUNNA KILLL YOUUU!!!" he yells in anger.

GM Niles wrote: Err. Holy crap dude....what a series of rolls there! Because you are seeing only the first three, I had rolled 6. Only one above 10...
Human Fighter
"Wha??"
It ain't supposed to be this way... it's the last thing that pops into Bec head before darkness falls on him.
Becarus Delaurentis Corbin. That wasn't how his tale was supposed to end.
Stabilize: 1d20 ⇒ 3
Stabilize: 1d20 ⇒ 1

And, in three turns, if no one helps me, that's how it ends. No pressure guys. Really. :P
