Having the beast attack right next to him, Basalt quickly reacts and attacks twice his his elemental blast, looking for any additional reaction from the beast towards fire.

As everyone moves around doing different tasks, Basalt gets himself busy getting firewood and other things to burn. unfortunatedly, all the travelling seems to have taken a toll on his body as the task seems to be harder than what he believes it should be.

In his mid-twenties, Basalt embodies a blend of mature ruggedness and disciplined youth, his meticulously groomed beard and tanned skin telling of life's trials and shared adventures. His straight, almond brown hair seems shaped by nature itself. Notably, scars etched around his left eye map tales of resilience, underscoring a rugged character forged through confronting life head-on. Draped in earth-toned leather adorned with fiery red runes, his attire signifies a deep connection with the natural world and hints at ancient power.

He carries with him a steel shield on his back symbolizing readiness and an ornate sickle at his waist representing adaptability, both symbols of is desire to confront adversity with an unyielding spirit.

Since Kinetecists are so new, just wanted to give you guys a heads up on how combat (should) usually go for Basalt:

◆◆2 action elemental blast with weapon infusion for reach at +7 for 1d8+7.

Rinse and repeat.

Kind of basic with ◆◆Burning Jet for moving 40ft ingnoring reactions and difficult terrain.

Not much more to say at level 1. Armor in earth is always up unless he's sleeping =)

Well, this is a pretty straighforward build. I'm a melee oriented earth/fire kineticist, so expect me to suit up and jump (literally) into combat with weapon infusion.
