Bart considers getting his tea set out but sees a sudden opportunity!

He takes a shot at one of the idiots trying to surround Barbara.

Well stated Barb and I actually agree. In Rifts it's very hard to take one down.

You do what's best for you, not for us. Bart won't be unhappy to have you 'in the trenches' together. We can swap grenades more often!

Burguk: I think option 2 is a smart one. makes sense and gives more of the superiority it's supposed to have!

Bart also pats his blade, the best weapon he has to fight heavy armor. Only a crazy fool would do so but...

For now he takes another shot at whatever target he can see, probably the coalition squad.

Bart flips the rifle back to standard energy shot and takes a shot at the fast figure. Then he looks to see who the newcomers are, especially the big one...

Bart tries to find a good spot with a little cover that he can hide in and does so, changing the setting on his Juicer rifle to hunting/sniper mode.

Bart smiles, "How about we stir up the hornet's nest,exit the shield post haste and when they come out, have a Boom Gun reception awaiting? We set up some defensive positions to support and mop up anyone left."

Bart pats his sword.
"Not sure if everyone has a silent option so... try to get in, take out one group of five and go from there?"

"Eh. Sounds like we have our plan then. Gummitch, if that stalker sees you, haul ass out of there. I'll have the special of the day, Grenade a la Barbara ready for them. Backed up by a boom gun, of course."

Sounds good to move us along. :) Bart can be at his planned exit point to help out, a large pile of snow ready to toss onto a small critter. :)

"Agreed, Burguk. We need more intel. Getting us in and out isn't too much trouble. While Gummitch is the best option, I think I should go in with him, find a good hide just past the shield and be there in case he needs help. We haven't seen any heavy armor so having a Glitter Girl is, as always, a good thing."
He glances back at Barbara and smiles.

Bart smiles, packs two more snowballs. He throws one at Terry, aiming for center mass with very little 'oomf' behind it.
"Watch carefully..."
Then he makes a lazy under handed toss of the other one into the shield.

"Think we can cover a mecha with enough snow?"

Bart sits back, thinking of ways to get enough snow or ice on the Glitter Girl to get her through the shield...

While listening to the conversation Bart is still thinking about the shield and water. His big brain comes up with another possibly amazing thought so he acts on it.

He picks up a chunk of snow, mostly frozen water, and chucks it at the shield...

Does the shield block vision? I do not remember... people on the outside could also be ready to water it up to get people back in...

"With your shape changing you are the best scout for this but... maybe I should cross over with you in case you need backup. We'll need to bring buckets of water over or something to get back through..."

Bart smiles at Barb, "A might cold for a swim today though."

"No worries, Terry. I can go in. I hear someone can turn invisible as well. Just a quick look to check things out."

"Good point. We can send some in to do a little recon. A wet body or two should be easy to slip in undetected. Now, let's go find a good spot..."

Bart says "Hmm..." and walks out.

He walks back in a few minutes later."Yep. We got one. So hear me out. Water stops it. The river seems pretty open. When we try to pull this beast out, good chance someone's going to see us. I'm sure there are better places to enter. We have water plentiful and... a good sized hose to wash this beast. Think we could spray enough to get her through? Any of the magic folks, can you control water to form a shield?"

Bart listens intently as well. When Gummitch speaks up, "Hmm.. a good idea but I do fear for your safety still. Perhaps a quick recon. If you can find a spot we can pull the truck out of the water and hide something this size and the Glitter girl. Now, IS this truck designed to go underwater? Anywhere we need to plug a possible leak?"

Bart looks around to see if there is a small vehicle he could, er, liberate as a test subject.

"Or is there some dingus on the craft that opens it automatically. Well. Hard to experiment on. If it's automatic we can steal a vehicle and try it. I'd suggest a basic ground vehicle and bail out just in case. If it's radio, we'd need to know some password. Plenty to consider..."

He then relates all he learned.

He ponders his knowledge and experience to see if anything resembling a coherent thought comes up...

"Very odd but... didn't we hear about some group in the coalition studying and using magic? Well. Let me get some snowy whites on and i'll see if I can get a better look..."

Bart pulls on some appropriate camo, unless things have changed drastically on the trip, the old white is a good choice. Then he carefully and slowly makes his way towards the vehicle and building.

Tiller's words may have been a joke but he's checking for bugs, trackers and the like just to be sure...

Good plan, we'll call him and start towards the target location, set up a place on the way for him to meet us. We'll be sure to remind him to bring security as we don't trust these goons.

Bart looks around, a slight look of bewilderment on his face and then starts laughing. "We all need a vacation. We sent all the good poeple back with Captain Tiller. Now, what to do with these.."

Sensing what's on Barb's mind after their intense grenade bonding, Bart looks back to the masses of blue people.
"yeah, we need to check this out but we also can't put these people in any more danger..."
