Ok guys got the numbers done just need to finish the story for Barius in my head.

Take a look at the profile and let me know what you think or if you see any errors.

Leaning toward a Sorcerer - False Priest Archtype

Wow!! Westcrown is huge!!!

Dotting....was thinking Bard

Yes please do I hate seeing it on my list.

Sorry guys I'm out of this one. I got another game that just started and this is going nowhere.

Barius will follow Xan into the Inn.

I can open it a home. Thanks

Yes the one in the Campaign Info thread I can't see. Your hand drawn overland map I can't see either.

I still can't see that map for some reason. Anyone have any ideas why?

Feeling like he just became a king in a day, Barius can't help but smile as he rides his mount threw town. Whispering to himself."Well if I die at least I'll die happy."

Sneaking up behind priest (just because that's what he does) Barius tugs on his sleeve. "I would like a riding horse." After he says it he filches a little like he is going to get hit.

Barius snags a CLW potion, his 250g pouch and 3 of the rations."I'll go."
this is more money then I could have made in a year... I wonder if I walked out now if anyone would stop me....I better not try... at least now right now...

Barius says nothing and tries to stay unnoticed as he continues to eat like a pig. During his meal Barius will stuff food that travels well into his pockets and backpack. Sleight of Hand: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13

Barius looks at the food and drink with lustful eyes but waits to try anything until the others have tried the refreshments first, just in case they are poisoned. That smells wonderful I have never seen such food or drink.

After Tomkin doesn't kill over from poison, Barius grabs handfuls of food and shoves it into his mouth and chases it with wine that half makes it into his mouth.

Barius stands in the back trying to hide behind the others in the small room. Finding a shadow cast by the fire he settles into it and listens the conversation very intently.

Sense Motive: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10

DM:
Barius will use his Sense Motive throughout the conversation to learn more about the group of companions and Barahil of Muir.

Stunned by the large crowd and the beauty of the church Barius stumbles along with Xan not hearing anything until the High Priest points in the groups direction and announces "these brave heroes". Then he turns toward Xan with a confused look.
"What is he talking about...I am .... we are heroes?"
What have I gotten myself into.....I should have never trusted him.....why is everyone looking at me like that....a hero? I never thought I would be called a hero....OK i can do this.....No I want to do this, here is my chance...my chance to change everything.

Following the Acolyte into the next room Barius is happy to be out of the crowd of people, the noise and the weird looks.

I can't see the map in the Campaign Thread.

Barius will follow behind Xanthar looking side to side wary of anything.

where are the city guard....is anyone looking at me.....calm down...calm down...you have not stolen anything.....well at least not today....just calm down.....

Nice city map.

Frustrated with his lack of social skills Barius quickly grabs the pipe that fell from Xanthar's hand when he scared him. With eyes averted he hands the pipe back and mutters an apology. "..sorry....here..'

Did you use Hero Labs for your character sheet? Did it calculate your encumbrance for you?

I noticed that you appear to have deducted -3 Armor Check penalty for your skills now. When I did a quick calculation it seemed like you should have still been under the 50 lbs limit for a light load based on your strength.

If you are barely over the 50 lb limit, you might want to consider ditching something like the war hammer (5 lbs) if it gets you back to a light load as losing those 3 points off some of your skills (notably Disable Device) seems like a high price to pay to carry an extra weapon that you might not ever need.

I'll take a look at it. Dropping my extra water skin and my battleaxe to get me under.

Barius was waiting in the shadows outside of the temple for Xanthar.

Can I trust him....he did save me from prison or worse.....do I really want to leave home.....what kind of home is it anyway, a hole in the side of a boulder.....He is the only friend (person that has been nice to me) I have and he is a dwarf...good or bad I am going.

Lost in his own thoughts he almost misses Xanthar as he exits the temple. In a flat voice just over a whisper "...cough...Xan..." Shuffling out of the shadows. " ...XAN!!"

grr...

Barius's lack of Charisma showing thru.

Got my gear and fixed my stats without traits.

I will buy the gear I need but I do have Survival as a skill and its built into my character that he can feed himself from the wild.

Well without my traits I can't have Survival as a Class skill so I am going to adjust thing a little.

Can I get a second pair of eyes on my character just to make sure. Thanks

Ready

I will modify Barius to a 15 point buy if you still want me to play him.

Here is my Rogue: DM Giants. I can take out any of the new material this is just a baseline.

I could make a gnome or dwarf rogue instead of Human. I think that might fit the adventure better anyhow. A sneak attack focus rogue for a crypt is a little bit of wasted skill.

Here is the rogue I was talking about.
