Balugarom curls down with Shadowstride cuddled next to him, he sleeps by the trees slightly away from the fire. His Birds nest hat is placed by his side, along with his weapons. However he has left his armour on.

I am still around :) Just waiting on GM but he is on holiday until after the weekend so this will probably start up again then :)

Balugarom removes his birds nest hat and starts fiddling with the sticks a bit before laughing as Shadowstride greedily eats the leftovers that Allystra offered. He takes a sip of water and eats some food as Kyranda starts a fire. Then he will move closer to some trees and sit happily adding more twigs and grass to his hat. Shadowstride quite happily goes to sleep as business in the camp continues.
Balugarom wanders over to his Riding Dog "Lets ride!!!".
"Hmmm sneaky, sneaky he might try to steal my nest." Balugarom suddenly realised with a start that he was talking out loud. "I mean, I am a naturist. I mean Druid. I am a Druid!!!. Oh and ShadowStride can bite."
"I've never had a 'leader' before." he stares mouth agape at Keleth. He tries to see into Allystra's bag as she rustles around in it.
Before turning once more to Kelth and says "Yes show us the way. Or maybe we can all find the way, or maybe we already know the way." His voice gets squeaky excitement clearly taking over.
"Hmm I am colourful aren't I" He grins and looks up at Dryten "Yes, yes we shall" he glances hesitantly at the items he's holding for Kyranda. "We should wait for the pretty lady first".
"HOO HOO. Thankyou thankyou" is all Balugarom can manage to say before joyful tears fill his eyes. On his way out he grabs the items that Kyranda asked for and waits standing impatiently with the rest of the party.
Balugarom enters the shop grabbing a Journal and ink supplies. He stares at the shop keeper inquisitively "Spell component pouch?"
That is fine by me can't let it rule your life. I should really take my own advice ;)
Balugarom smiles happily at the news of supplies and a riding dog I will have to tell ShadowStride that he can't be replaced. That wolf can get naughty. At Kyranda's invitation he runs over to join her blushing slightly at the wink.Yes supplies!!!. He beckons ShadowStride and wanders out.
Balugarom "Hmmm questions." He looks to ShadowStride for inspiration but the wolf is still backed in the corner, tail between his legs. "Can you give us paper. Orabook" he speaks quickly his voice getting squeaky. "It's been so long since I've seen a book." He turns his gaze to Dryten slowly smile on his lips "Strategy? I like the sound of that"
Dryten you rolled a 1d2 instead of 1d20 ;) just a heads up.
Balugarom listens to Valynce's offer, as Kyranda puts her arm around him. Yes I am cute aren't I. He beams but then the table explodes, he sits there stuck in place for a second before leaping from his chair "Hoo hoo. Excellent excellent we choose mission." He starts dragging his chair through the debris "Now can you do that again." ShadowStride has backed into the corner of the room hackles raised and fangs showing.
One question about the maps. Would our characters have to have paper and pens or similar to be able to do this.
Balugarom brightly smiles at Kyranda "Well yes...oh, ohhh. You mean that kind of 'tonight'. Well I don't know what..." Gratefully he is interrupted by the entrance of Valynce, as she talks he fiddles with his overly large brown eyebrow. His returning grin to Allystra is huge, then turning to ShadowStride he says "I think that we will be liking her", ShadowStride wags his tail just happy for the attention. Hearing Dench's comments "Yes we would be very interested!!!". Although I never knew a Half-Orc could laugh.
Balugarom jumps excitedly from his seat, head reaching just above the table "Hello there, you may call me Balugarom" He pauses slightly to adjust the birds nest hat that sits chaotically on his shock of green hair. "Or Twiddlestick whichever you prefer" As he clambers back onto his seat the wolf by his side nudges gently at his hand. "Yes ShadowStride new places, new people!!!" He talks to the wolf as if no one else is there when clearly they can hear.
It sounds great. I dunno why but I'm feeling a little bit scared ;)
That PDF's great thanks for sending it Valynce. I should have made all the changes now. There wasn't as much wrong as I thought there would be but thanks for correcting everything :) I think I should be good to go now. I'm looking forward to this :D
This is Hairy. @Valynce: Oki thanks I might aswell wait till I am a bit stronger before taking that one on board then. I think that the number crunchy stuff for the character is finished now but I'm not sure if anything is wrong with it. My animal Companion is there aswell :) I was unsure what traits to use so I just put some in ready for you to decide on. I'm just finishing up the backstory then I will send that in a PM for approval. Just a couple of questions about the animal tho: Unless I have taught the animal a trick does that mean I have to perform a check every time I want it to do a particular thing such as attack or defend etc. How do the skills work for the companion. Can the animal, until it reaches above 3 intelligence, only take ranks in the ones that it is trained in and is it skilled at anything other than the ones ranks have been put into. Oh and thankyou Faol for that link it's been really useful. |
