Thank you very much for your patience! Several weeks ago my partner decided to continue his life without me. For me it was a surprise, after 16 years of relationship. While I was busy looking for a new place to live the workload at work got more and more (the bank is changing the treasury apps completely, moving to a new vendor) and my mother opens her own shop on Monday and wanted me to help with ordering stuff, making a website, creating advertising, business cards, preparing the shop etc.

As you can imagin I'm tired, done and completely frustrated. I've not been in the mood to open the Paizo page and reading messages of upset GMs/players "shouting" at me or demanding immediate upates so I did not open this page for a long time now.

I'm really sorry that I put you into this situation, but to make sure: it does not have anything to do with you or your gaming style. It was just that a lot of things hit me at the same time. I'm currently working through the games to update everything.

If the pregens can sell their gear, that's fine for me! I'm afraid the final chracters can't use their funds.

Adowyn continues to shoot arrows at the door.
Arrow #1: 1d20 + 10 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (8) + 10 + 3 - 2 = 19
Arrow #2: 1d20 + 10 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (19) + 10 + 3 - 2 = 30 Damage: 1d8 - 4 + 1 + 3 ⇒ (5) - 4 + 1 + 3 = 5

Weakened as she is Adywyn tries to shoot two arrows at the mimic. She can barely hold the bowstring.

Keep in mind that there are also some special abilities which make the creature not grappled, even if it is grappling something.

In any case we should get Mavaro's body back, maybe there's a chance to get him raised.

I think the GM mentioned that it's some kind of sticky skin or something. Seems to be some special ability. I also thought about that, but I went through the posts again. Usually mimics have to roll for the grapple, that's true.

Yes, high tier if I did the calculation correctly, it should be something around 7.7.

Seeing Oloch on the floor and Mavaro and Aeth badly wounded Adowyn decides to use her wand to heal the ones who are still fighting.
Healing Oloch is kind of risky I'm afraid. If Adowyn heals him up to one or two HP and the mimic lands another blow he'd die. Can't use the composite bow effectively in any case...

Adowyn joins the group, but does not say a word. She instead pets Leryn's head. But she gets nervous when she hears that the threat of daemons is real in this area.

Adowyn listens to Valais and Ruul. "What threats are we going to face? Do you have any detailed information about Shyael? Has she been seen lately?"

I will update the character sheet when I get home, I'm currently at a training camp.
