My reading of it would be that no, the first time you select intelligent you don't get one of the abilities.

I take that "each time you do" to apply to the 2nd and beyond point towards intelligence from the preceding sentence, and only here do you select a special ability. My opinion only of course.
The alternate reading would be that selecting intelligent the first time would give you base stats, plus one set of stat increases, plus one ability.
To repeat what I said up thread because I think it got lost.
I honestly think everyone should have a way to come back from death almost at will.
Why?
My whole character background is built around the idea that heaven wants me to die as a martyr, and hell wants me to die as a sacrifice. So if I die in some random battle and get a raise dead/resurrection that's fine, but the idea for me to just come back after either of the two specific circumstances.... I personally have no plans to take any kind of immortality style ability.

Other than hoping for a nat 1 on a save against something like baleful polymorph I'm not sure I could touch the Lady of Laughter. I wouldn't hit enough. It would take me two rounds to boost my to hit higher, then I'd be burning a swift and 2 arcane points per round to target touch, needing an 8+ on my first iterative - or spamming touch attack spells and hope I can land enough - not likely with her damage output that I'd be receiving in return.
Lady Shanolotte I'd expect to fair better against. I'd still have to largely target touch AC, but her fire theme wouldn't effect me much. Not sure if I'd win that fight though.

Azisael is in essence done, though I'm still making tweaks to spell lists, feats, and legendary items. I'm not the monstrous creature a lot of others are - rather ordinary in appearance in that regard - which I'm fine with. Rather stand out as unusually normal in a crowd of abominations :)
Would appreciate any feedback anyone cares to give (a lot of you are way more knowledgable of abilities etc, then I am as evident by reading through this thread). Of note I'm torn on my domain. Thematically I like it for my character, but spell wise most of what it gives me is largely useless (levitate, fly, overland flight - all when I can fly anyway).
The Fated (su) that MordredofFairy pointed out looks juicy, would drop divine protection in place of that - were fiendish powers allowed to raise AC? The original recruitment post doesn't mention it, but that may have been an oversight as the original limitation of devil powers may not contain anything like that.

Completed or not is fine with me, though I'm altering my background currently on an assumption of incomplete - I'm curious to see how it resolves with RVT building story around it :).

Trazzle Glimmerfang, I could possible push things down the road that the Frost Queen isn't the only dragon under the watch and care of the dragon God - though that depends on if RVT wants to do anything along those lines or not as well. But at a minimum we would have some form of kinship in having faced dragons and survived the encounter.
Rednal, your character Camiel might have taken an interest in Inyazi due to his loss of his love (or rather his believed loss).
Anyone dealing with madness or dreams (I believe there was a couple?)
As just about everyone seems to be picking the knowledge domain most characters could actually tie to each other in some fashion or another in that regard (sharing of knowledge between such powerful beings).
