You say that but Zouh has been rather pathetic, 3 losses in a row

Zouh has done incredibly poorly, thus far

also if challenges are still happening

:Surprise Round:

I realized I never gave a description,Zouh much as before dressed in linens, and a farmers hat, carries his Kamas in one hand and a potion of his own in the other. heavy leather boots with strange looking soles and heavy steel cleats. You notice a wide array of tiny metal spikes sticking up out of one of his belts as well.

Zouh looks his diminutive opponent over and draws a new potion from his belt.
"Perhaps you have something new to teach me, perhaps I you."

arbiter:
Move action to draw potion of mage armor free action to drop drop kamas

good to go!

Zouh finds a nice quite corner and begins a series of mundane tasks, shaving his head and face, and practicing balancing acts while his cloths dry after a good scrubbing.

"Find balance, in loss and gain. A new day brings peace again."

Play up your character, also if I face you again you won't get the same build up time. I am coming right for you. :)

first one does me in sadly.
Great build by the way that's brilliant

I do get an AoO against your concealment
Zouh lashes out one more time....

Keeping only the first attack roll of 17, so long as you are okay with this

Zouh enters once again his cloths bloodied but the man well enough alive.

After two losses back to back the man seems to be unworried, his spirits high.

actually in better news we don't really need to wait, seeing as I failed horribly and I am currently slumped on the ground, with 0 HP

1)sorry if there was an confusion, yes you crited me and no I don't have a touch AC of 40, though right now it would be very very nice if I did, also if you are in the air ... well bubye me,
2)the detecting you thing you are right, I am really kinda just counting on one of your wands or other such items to have a high enough caster level that it gives off an aura.
and I am happy to do miss chance in case I am full off crap

please god let at least some of that hurt you

:Round 4:

well while I am a freak of nature and a rude one at that your lovely bolt of energy happens to smash into Zouh

Although along with my previous rudeness, now I do need to know if you are evil.

arbiter:
Resist energy 10 cold nearly killing me damn a damn damn damn.
Also I can see here as it is now round 3 of detect evil so as long as she is within 60 ft I can pinpoint here regardless of darkness
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16 fort save:
well weather she ends up in B11 or E17. Zouh moves up for the kill

arbiter:
Second round of Detect Evil, number of evil spells objects and creatures. not sure if perception is usable but. 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (2) + 14 = 16

Also, not to be rude, but if you are evil I need to know now.

Zouh opens his eyes

"Come, truly you can't be avoiding me."
