Calvus tries not to flinch at the reactions of the others. Whatever led them to today's path included pain and sorrow he can only guess at.

I'd hate to abandon this game. This is the first PbP campaign I've ever done! I'm invested. I know it's frustrating though.

Atrios opens his eyes and jumps out of the bunk. He tried to feign being cheerful.

"Oh I know!," he says. "I just thought I'd lay claim to my bedroom before anyone else does!,"

Looking around the Sunrise Maiden, Atrios is hesistant at first. He is still shaken from his recent experiences. However; bit by bit, he starts to relax. There is something about this vessel that feels safe.
It was a home, he realizes, a shelter. Life was nurtured here after a fashion. What if I let it do the same for me?

Finding one of the crew quarters, he climbs into one of the beds and lies down. Closing his eyes, he exhales as fully as he can, as if to let out all of the pain and fear overwhelming him these past days.

This is my reality now...

Atrios 2 isn't engineering material anymore but he could be a Magic Officer!

Following Lance, Atrios takes another look at the Sunrise Maiden. The other Atrios would be excited at discovering a lost ship. He might even start thinking about upgrades and customizations. Of course if he were still in this reality, his friends would still be alive.

The other Atrios has been trying to make contact. Shame is keeping Atrios from revealing the result of their switching places. Brushing away a tray tear, he tries not tot hink about it and focus instead on the matter at hand.

"Are we sure that ship is safe?" says Atrios. "What if it's booby-trapped?"

Well, What now?!?" gasps Atrios "Do we follow?"

Atrios moves next to Lance and leans in to also get a look at the mysterious symbols. Msyterious to this Atrios but surely there's a version of him that can read whatever this is...

Wrapping his arms around himself, Atrios lets the others work. Unlike the Atrios of this reality, his tech skills stopped at digital literacy. Centering himself he concentrated on the unseen. Reading between the lines of the possible and the impossible, he waited for signs...

The Healing and attention definitely help as Atrios wipes away his tears, sniffs and stands up, nodding to indicate that he's okay.

Atrios drops his pistol which reverts back to its original form. He sinks to his knees and weeps.

Atrios' weapon is transformed. For all her expertise with guns, Declan does not recognize the make of it. There is no beam but those in the group with keen senses hear a very high pitched sound.

Atrios feels so weak, not just physcially. Who did he think he was swooping in to save the day with his so-called reality-warping?!? The very friends he promised to protect are dead! Shame consumes him.

Regardless, he still has enough strength to pull a trigger.

I'll say that the trigger of the readied action will be when Declan fires.

Atrios will ready an action to cast hazard for electricity damage in wihchever square the zombie winds up.

"Damn it!" hissed Atrios. For a moment the hallway's flooring became uneven and riddled with tripping hazards. It was a plausible reality to pull from; easily done. But Atrios' timing was off and he could only shift reality this way for a few seconds.

"Right," says Atrios trying to sound decisive. He turns toward the passage way the zombie will and prepares himself

I ready an action to use infinite worlds on the four squares of the corridor to create difficult terrain.

Atrios will backup as far as possible waiting too get a clear shot at the zombies.

Atrios thinks he's supposed to be quiet according the the funny hand signals Lance made. That's ... not going to be easy.

"Thank you that would be lovely," said Atrios tearing up again. "I'm sorry! I'm not normally like this but... it's not been easy,"

Atrios froze, beads o sweat forming on his forehead. He clenched his fists at the revelation.
"You know what?" he said evenly. "I don't believe they ever mentioned it?"

Atrios nods, wipes away his tears, takes a deep breath and relates the story so far. He leaves out his origin in another reality for now. He smiles weakly at his rescuers.

"I...," his voice cracks. The tears threaten to return. "I'm really glad to meet you,"

Atrios looks at the three individuals standing before him. They're not some random probability wave or hopeless fantasy. His eyes well up and he bursts into tears. He sinks to the ground weeping and shuddering.

How long has Atrios been marooned on the death rock?

Atrios can take on a captain/perty face role given that Charisma is his primary stat

I'm playing a biohacker in another game and it does have an option for restoring stamina points in combat...

A good context for 'party roles' in starfinder is the ship's crew. We need a pilot, engineer and captain at the very least.
