Grossed out more than hurt, Astran stays focused, trying to find the weakest part of this... thing.

Solar Weapon: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24 for DMG: 1d6 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 4 + 2 = 9

Beginning the process of attuning, Astran moves in and throws a singular strike at the abomination.

Astran spends some time looking around, keeping the drone in sight. Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25 In the event that Shari and Soarin didn't catch it, Astran added 4 more hands. "Ah.... I'm no scientist. Does this mean something?"

That was super weird. I cleared my cache and refreshed on my work laptop, and now it makes sense...whatever, thanks for the assist. (Though in round 2 he does 1 more point of damage.

Astran's heightened intensity begins to manifest as he edges towards photon attunement. In the mean time he aims his solar weapon at the quorlu before him:

Astran, not one to typically do the talking, tries to slip back for just a minute. It gives him the time to meditate and focus.

Astran, clearly not ready to bluff his way in, tries to stay innocuous in his disguise, Disguise: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17

He then gives the nod to the server room choice and strategic plan. As the canine approaches Astran switches to a bladed stance and crosses about 20 fingers.

Astran agrees that after hours is his preferred MO.

"I feel less than confident, but I trust in Cha'mon Cha'mon's skill. I'll feel better once we're in and doing our thing."

Sorry late to the party, but it looks like the rolls have been hit.

"Kasatha don't have facial hair, so maybe not a mustache?" It's hard to tell if he gets that people were kidding or not.

"On it!" Once the mine locations are highlighted on the HUD, Astran settles in to clear the way:

Had the same question about the ship's computers. Those options aren't Astran's best...

Leaving his lower left hand empty, Astran nods and decides to play a fair game.

Finally! I'm so sorry for the slow posting. Life is largely normal now.
(well, after this weekend.)

I had come around the port of one of the ships we had lightly damaged. I thought I had a clean shot, but turns out the science officer had a better idea. One of the enemy had tried to back up their ship. Sci caught it and immediately shouted at me to do a split S with an extra half roll. It allowed us to come abroad sides. I never saw the ship, it was just absolute trust in the team. BAM! I pulled it off and then the gunner lit them up. The hit was devastating enough to make them bug out."[/b]

Culture: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18 Not likely, but: *Theme Knowledge: obsessed with starships and vehicles, and have committed to memory almost every related tidbit of knowledge you’ve ever come across. Reduce the DC of Culture checks to recall knowledge about starship and vehicle Models and parts as well as famous hotshot pilots by 5. It's really the only skill he had a hope with.

"Well met sir. Here, this is the least we can do." Astran begins some first aid, but if the wounds prove more serious, he'll use a serum. Medicine: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18

All 3 of those are trained only... and I'm not trained. Astran simply stays alert, ready to accidentally find something less than savory in these lanes.

The Kasathan doesn't really follow much of what's been going on, but he takes orders well...

Astran focuses on relaxing his body and spirit. While Ombonth recovers, he looks around the room Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17

"Why won't you just die already‽" Astran stays focused and drives his weapon into the creature:
