He should be at +21 damage when power attacking, not +13.. His normal damage should be +14 too, not +13.. Also his additional attacks should be effected by backswing, which is another +3 damage.. All that said should be an additonal 30 damage from the hit/crit and an additional 8 for the vital strike.. I'll wait and see whats left after that before I act..
