OK, think I have done what is necessary to level... still working on sorting equipment and gold, but think the leveling process worked (used the number found in the PFS pdf guide... 5 HP for level, 1 for favored class.

Alexos places a hand on Ting's shoulder. "My friend here means Hans when he refers to the 'bisector'. Examine a few of the corpses and you will know why. The lady he is referring to is in the back of the chambers by that pit. No idea why it was so well preserved, no doubt due to some magics of the Rune Lords, but I somehow doubt it will be that well preserved when you get there." Alexos smiles, and when he feels Ting beginning to object he applies firm pressure to his shoulder. "All the undead we found are dealt with, with the exception of that behemouth I mentioned." Bluff: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22 Wow... very cool roll... it is to convince the priestess that all is well and not to inquire further about "undead ladies".

Alexos nods as Hans describes the adventure. "The ruins are mostly dating to the ancient era of Thassilon. Lots of iconography and magic tied to their empire. That said, there is a lot of iconography of Pharasma as well, including some older forms and symbles. Here, take a look." Alexos hands her his journal, as well as the mapmaker. "I will be needing those back for submission to the Society, but I am more than happy to make copies of them, including a more permanent map, for no charge if you wish them." Alexos looks reflective for a minute, then adds, "Oh, and be careful around that pit toward the back... a rather large undead creature popped out of it as we were leaving the chamber. No idea exactly where it came from or how deep that pit actually goes, but it definately looked formidible. Bring lots of firepower if you actually venture back there."

For clarification, Alexos would not mind adventuring with her if she can prove herself trustworthy and honest, but right now he is hard pressed to give her the opportunity. If she leaves peacefully he will be more likely to trust her later, especially if the PS "vets" her as a member/authorized companion in between now and then.
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
lol... Alexos is just not very trusting of the undead right now, given their general behavior so far in this dungeon.. and the fact that she considered the mad alchemist a friend doesn't earn her any brownie points either. Alexos whispers back to Ting, "I don't trust her. If you negotiate her somehow leaving here peacefully without upsetting the priests upstairs, then fine. If she gets violent though I will respond in kind." Turning to Esme he says, louder, "I am sorry if I seem harsh or blunt or angry. This level has been trying my patience, and you just happen to be at the tail end of our exploration. It isn't personal against you. If you can find a way to leave this place without alerting the priests of Pharasma upstairs I would recommend it. They will be reclaiming this place soon, and Pharasma's tenants are pretty black and white concerning your kind. If you wish we can try to get you asylum within the Pathfinder Society. They may be able to help you... and at the very least they will want to examine you. However, if you would rather go elsewhere that is fine." As he speaks he attempts to gouge her reactions in an attempt to discern if she is going to turn violent on them. Sense Motive: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
... not quite so sure how the Silver Crusade would feel about my traveling with... her... as a companion. The Pathfinder Society might be willing to give her asylum... or study her... or both... but I somehow doubt the Priests upstairs will be quite that willing to let her pass, given Pharasma's stance on the undead. Alexos attempts to smile, but it comes up as more of a snarling sneer. "Yes, we just wanted to convince him to leave peaceably. His response was to throw a fire flask at me, ruining my garments as you can see." Alexos gestures to the fire damage on his monk's outfit. "I am going to be blunt, ma'am. Every thing that has been of... your kind... that I have attempted to talk to, negotiate with, or understand has had the civility of a dwarven barbarian horde - no offense, Hans - and the eloquence of an all baboon string quartet. The only reason I haven't started trying to use you as a pin cushion is the fact that you have actually been able to string a sentence together. So, in short, yes we killed your mad friend, yes we have killed or chased off just about everything else on this level, and yes we will add you to that impressive pile if you cross us." So saying he draws his bow out, knocks an arrow, and points it at the ground toward her feet. "So... Hans, Ting, Felicitas... I will leave it to you what we do with her. My only stipulation is if she or her... 'handmaids'... start anything I am placing an arrow in each of them." ... think Alexos might need a nap...

Survival: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18 Alexos consults his map maker, and nods. "Yes, there was place there we did not exlore. Other than that, I think we have explored just about everywhere. Well, on this level anyway." Alexos ammends his statement to include the pit from earlier. "We really aught to go back to that pit toward the back and fight off that undead... dragon thing... Not sure the priests can handle it."

Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27
Alexos holds up his hands to his companions, asking them to wait a minute. "Of course we are not dead, though given how many of the risen dead we encountered within here I can understand the concern. My name is Alexos. We are, as my friends here have said, cleared by the priests of Pharasma to get this place in tip top shape for further internment of bodies. It took us special magic to get through into this place. How did you accomplish it?"
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
Wow, then guess we really are close to finishing then... kinda sad... but then, I am looking forward to level two... and whatever this next extravaganza is that Baerlie is tossing our way, ") Alexos will examine the door and once it is open the room. Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
"Hm... odd that the room is so cold. Perhaps the priests can use it as a preparation chamber or something." Alexos notes as he enters the oddity in his journal. "I think there are still a few areas we still need to explore before calling this complete... back where we first started for example."
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
Fair enough, not really meaning to "taunt" as such... it is just reminding me of a time when I was playing Time Crisis 3 with some friends of mine on console. All the unlimited ammo settings had been unlocked, so I was going with the grenade launcher. My friend was going with the shotgun, and at one point complained to our other friends: "He is killing them before they even spawn on screen!" You, my friend Hans, are the Pathfinder equivalent to a grenade launcher. ;P
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
hoo...boy.... this is going to be interesting. Might not be able to post later, so my move will be to defend. Alexos, busy writing everything in his journal, notices the skel coming out of the alcove. "Hans, think I will let you smash the gore off of its bones."
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
OK, think I am going to do this right... correct me if I am wrong. Alexos, still inspired by Felicitas, and flanking the ghoul with Ting, unleashes a flurry of blows against it. Flurry of Unarmed Blows: 1d20 + 1 - 1 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 1 - 1 + 1 + 2 = 71d6 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 + 1 = 51d20 + 1 - 1 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 1 - 1 + 1 + 2 = 111d6 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 + 1 = 5
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
Sure! Alexos attempts to punch the "blue" ghoul as he passes by to Hans. Unarmed Attack of Opportunity: 1d20 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 1 = 61d6 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 + 1 = 8 sigh, why is it that my attack scores are always the lowest when I get really awesome damage rolls?
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
you know me, I am game for a new adventure, and am very much a "dealer's choice" about it (so whatever you want, Baerlie... would rather you be running one you think we will enjoy because you enjoy yourself then feel constrained by mindless demands by me)... think I hit lvl 2 after this one, yes? (given its my third module under my belt) Daycheck: Perform: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14

Alexos nods appreciatively to Felicitas. "As always, your ministrations are appreciated my dear. Well, might as well see what is behind trapped statue number... four? Or is this five now? Still a bit hazy." Alexos stands, but is still a little unsteady. Now at 8/9 HP.
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
Coming to after a minute, Alexos looks around with a groan. "Well, that happened. What did I..." Alexos trails off as he notices Ting removing the gems and jewels from the interestingly preserved, and surprisingly provocative, corpses. "Think I should just stick to written descriptions of this chamber... drawings might get my journal banned in certain countries. Think you can have the next few, Hans." So saying, Alexos sits down and writes... still a bit fuzzy from the trap. At 5/9 HP atm.
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
"Eh, why not... haven't bled enough this particular tour anyway." Alexos jokes as he jestures to the ruins of his robes where the fire burned it. "Here goes." Alexos pulls the statue back, and attempts to jump back once it is clear. Reflex save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
Was thinking Hans and I both move them one at a time, with Felicitas healing after and you stopping them in place... also was thinking that if two of us tried to move it at the same time we would split the damage. Could be wrong though.
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
"Perhaps we can move each statue and block it from moving with a body... or rock... or something... see what happens when they are all open. Though we should probably be careful, given that... thing ... from the back might be in the smaller corridors by now. Oh, and in case something else happens to be behind one of the other statues." Consider me in the chamber with Ting, can't move my piece for a while.

going back to "only-posting-from-work" bit again starting tomorrow. Alexos readies and throws his remaining Alchemist's Fire flask. Ranged Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 71d6 ⇒ 41d6 ⇒ 1 and apparently misses greatly...
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
Alexos also attempts to finish off the head with another flurry attack. Flurry of Blows: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (20) - 1 = 191d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 21d20 - 1 ⇒ (18) - 1 = 171d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 Crit (Blow 1): 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (14) - 1 = 131d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 Even if that first blow doesn't crit, think the combinded between my two attacks and Ting's attack should finish it.
Male Elf Monk /2 | AC 15 T 14 FF 13 | HP 15/15 | F +3 R +5 W +5 | Init +4 | Perc +11
Alexos turns to the other spider that attacked Ting (the only one remaining now) and attempts to pummel it to death. Flurry of Blows: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (20) - 1 = 191d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 21d20 - 1 ⇒ (6) - 1 = 51d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 Crit conf, blow one: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (11) - 1 = 101d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

"Great, more animated heads." Alexos moves the closest one and attacks it. unarmed attack: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 211d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2 Critical: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 1 = 14 Won't lie, first time threatening a crit... beyond knowing that I need to roll a confirmation die, not sure if a) I confirmed or not; or b) how much damage I get to add, given it isn't on my damage table and I can't find it in the core rulebook. Also a tad fuzzy on how the damage gets added.

"Blast there went a good belt... or boots... or answers to some things here, though the asking price was a tad steep." Alexos says as he finishes recording their conversation and a small sketch of the creature. He begins making drawings of the horde it had collected (along with drawings and carvings on the walls). "I will take third watch, I don't need much sleep." Taking a 20 on perception while we rest on the room and artifacts to determine anything special about them.

Alexos approaches the head and attempts to talk to it, though he does draw and nock an arrow as well. in elvish, sylvian and common... skips orcish given that might send the wrong message: "Are you sentient, and do you understand us? How long have you been here?"
