You want a Hydra/Medusa/Beholder, you make it. Simple as that. And best tell it it's pretty - if you hear hissing, you got a problem. Because if you mean he can circumvent the need for magic, then I have to tell you the Mask is magical as well...
I meant the use of magic would circumvent most restrictions, but it is through magic, through religious restriction. And size too.

You will find a basis for crossbreeds among all species if you want. Because magic.
Even if that Harpy and the Minotaur could not regulary get it on, a little bit of magical fairy dust, some chanting and a spell slot of adequate level later, you get your little skybull! Just be careful with those hollowed horns until they harden sufficiently.
This character can circumvent that with the mask, though the only restriction is within one size category and to be fertile/in heat. I think the idea of wolves with humanoid faces like the demon creatures in Gantz.
Not to mention, a fiendish medusa.

Just saying.
It's a fun chart, though when I'm a gm I don't really use it since the previously mentioned pdfhas species that contradict it. I am looking into the mask of Lamashtu for this character, though I wish to build a hidden temple/dungeon below the city first for the faithful.
Rejoice for she may spare your lives from your terrible past transgressions! However, I wish to hunt Elves for they are no longer my kin and their existence is an affront to my lady!

Not mine, but hej...there is truth in it...
Bastards and Bloodlines has a creature that is centaur X elf. The book makes it look more like both elves and humans are just as bad.

Of course, the 3.5 book "Bastards and Bloodlines" has some truly horrific crossbreeds. Hobgoblin X Dwarf, Mindflayer X Human, Gnoll X Human, Elf X Giant Owl, Elf X Unicorn (bipedal and quadruped versions), Human X Lizardfolk and many other terrible creations.

Think of the beneficial mutation of such a beast!

This number goes up significantly if you decide that the people do not need their legs wherever they are going. A mirror of life trapping can carry 15 people in one mirror. Portable holes can work, also. But you have to open them every 10 minutes to allow the occupants to breathe.
The Mirror sounds interesting, however I'm only starting at 3rd level so I don't have anywhere near that kind of cash.

My character here wants to try and move around slaves and captive creatures, discretely. So my thought came to mind of getting a wagon and chests to hide them in to transport between the locations and to my own temple to Lamashtu. Of course, I'm terrible at maths so I have no idea of what cubic feet I need to fit a medium creatures and others for the inner in the dark temple. so I'm thinking Medium chest because it's 4 cubic feet or maybe I'm wrong. Would a large chest be better? Not to interested in if the humanoids are comfortable or not really, unless they're willingly wishing to escape.

I am looking over the rules for magic item creation and I swear there was something about using scrolls as a replacement for the spells that you may not have. For example I'm looking at the Demon Mother's Mask which requires this:
Requirements Craft Wondrous Item, detect animals or plants, polymorph, summon monster II, creator must have 5 ranks in Handle Animal and Heal.
Now considering not all of these spells come from the same list, would it be possible to buy a scroll of each of those spells to avoid having the +5 added to the crafting DLC or can that not be done? Same for Golems and such, besides the feats which you certainly need, can you use scrolls in placement of the spells? |
