Aerys continues her assault on the spriggan in front of her, hoping to make it to Torch before long. She continues to struggle trying to hit the thing, not having her usual accuracy.
RL does that ... hope you see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Aerys immediately attacks the spriggan that caught her unawares, as she stares in disbelief as the creature grows before her eyes. She shouts in desperation, "Gelik, use your magic! Flame them or something!"
Aerys unsheaths her weapon and moves as quickly as possible to Torch's aid, hoping to get into a flanking position with her fighting friend.
Aerys hears the noise which almost takes her in search of the sound. Shaking her head, she is just able to stop herself from following Gelik and Torch. She calls out after Gelik, "Gelik, wait what are you doing." She motions towards Ralf to follow the others at a distance, as she puts on her armour and readies for trouble, by following the others into the jungle.
Aerys takes a masterwork composite shortbows (+2) and half any arrows found... She returns to the central loot a masterwork shortbow
After the man fell from the sky, Aerys gingerly returns to the group. "Umm... Got caught short, can't concentrate on a fight when ... well you know ... woman's problems." she says with a voice that still trembles slightly. She looks at the mask that Gelik seems to be studying gleefully, and a cold shudder runs down her back. She doesn't follow Gelik into the tomb, fearful that the mask will bring back to life the terror that struck her when she first saw the mask. "Torch, these are mighty fine short bows, how do they feel for you in your hands?" she asks placing the bow in his hand and giving him an an ordinary arrow to use. "try and hit that melon fruit over there on that tree." she encourages him to try it. She takes another of the bows and fires an arrow at a nearby tree, watching fly straight and true, as it strikes the tree with greater force than her usual bow. "See Torch how it strikes harder than usual. I shall take one and use it, a good find!"
Aerys stops running, out of breath she can't stop her legs shaking or her heart beating loudly.
Aerys sees the mask and stands for a moment, her face full of fear she flees the evil man.
As Aerys looks up see gasps ....
"Gelik, will you be careful, I'm doing my best to follow these tracks and determine what creature made them, but its not easy. I know it's all a big adventure to you, but I have to work hard just to get us on the right trail. If I get it right, then you'll have you big adventure..." says an exasperated Aerys.
"Pathfinders, are you sure, I thought them a quite passive organisation, we have crossed them as well then... Best we continue on quickly then ... as she attempts to make her friends move and march me quickly towards their goal. Once the party has found the evidence of a large creature, Aerys tries to see where it has gone from its tracks. She tries to describe the sort of creature she thinks it is...
"Hope there aren't any more of them, really nasty thing. What was it?" says Aerys bushing her wet and matted hair from her eyes and tasting the sweat that drips down.
"Die you damned apparition..." Aerys continues her assault with the dagger.
Aerys tries to cut it once more.
Seeing Torch's magic sword scythe into the unnatural apparition, Aerys drops he sword and takes out her dagger, which has a light blue glow. She stabs at the floating enemy, hoping to take some of the things life force from. "Now you will be banished to a true death."
"My sword went straight through it, it did no damage. Tell me how do I damage it." says Aerys lines of worry across her face.
Aerys tries to strike this bat like creature.
Aerys grits her teeth and strikes out at the ape, whilst trying to avoid the strong arms of the beast counter-striking.
Aerys slashes at the ape, "Try and scare me, would you." she says as her blade wings through the air.
Aerys stands her ground and with her weapons ready waits for the ape to attack. "Stay behind me, Torch you know what to do!"
Aerys enjoys the quiet days, recovering her health with Ralf's help. The hirs on her neck stand on edge as they travel through the screaming jungle...
Aerys moves to flank the hippo with Torch, "Fight with me Torch" she shouts before she barks out, "Gelik, do something to keep them green warriors out of our way..." as she slams her sword towards the hippo.
"Why, they just look like oversized river cows, must have plenty of meat on them." says Aerys to Ralf. "Why shouldn't we take a few for food?"
Aerys will take arrows if no on e else takes them ...
Aerys takes one of the bow, "If you don't mind?"
"Perhaps we should talk to one of them, though if we let them go they will return and seek revenge. We could take them on as prisoners, they might not like being shown as being beaten by 'White Devils'. They might loose their honor. Besides we need to know where they came from and who if anyone sent them." says Aerys concerned that they should understand what threats they will face.
"Mjinga, Mimi niliwapeni nafasi, sasa kifo itakuwa yako" Aerys speaks clearly to the last remaining warrior. She then starts to pummel the man once more, dancing on her feet, bobbing and moving in close to club he face with her hands. Polyglot:
Fool, I gave you a chance, now death will be yours
With no other option, Aerys continues to pummel at the native she hit before, whilst moving slightly to get out of the way of the other warrior behind her back. She says loudly "Wewe utakuwa si kupata bora ya mimi, hata kama wewe ni mbili. Kutoa up kabla ya kifo inachukua wewe." Her wounds look red and raw, the many slices look as though they would have killed a strong farmer.
Polyglot:

Without her weapons, Aerys' face is as red as the blood that seeps out of her cuts. "Now you're making me angry." she swings at the man with her fists of steel.
Just waking up the thread ...
Aerys trries to restrain one of her attackers, she once more attempts to grab hold of him, trying to move his body between her and the axe weilding warrior.
Aerys: HPs:
Aerys runs towards the nearest archer, waving her arms in the air shouting in a strange language, "Kuacha, kuacha kurusha, ni wajinga kufikiri unaweza kushinda! Kuacha sasa na hakuna haja ya kuteseka zaidi." She makes a grab at the man, attempting to envelope him in her strong arms.
Polyglot: Stop, stop firing, it is foolish to think you can win! Stop now and you need not suffer further.
Aerys will take whatever watch she is given, though she cannot see in the dark, she will keep a camp fire going during her watch to see into the night.
I'm fine with leaving the wreck alone ....
OK guys, I'm feeling kinda lonely here .....
If we've lost Kamal, we're going to have to get someone in to heal us up, which is a shame cos I liked Kamal, nice to have the druid around. Seemed very appropiate for the AP and what we're doing right now ...
Shaking her head from side to side, her eyes looking the the heavens, Aerys sighs and says, "Oh all right then Gelik, we'll pander to your little adventures. We'd best find a boat then. And if any of you have magic to help, it'll sure come in useful." Her shoulders sag, as she kick the floor as he toes drag along with each lethargic step.
I'll go back and check .. oooh so I did ... best update the sheet ... Although my character doesn't want to , I'm not worried about the detour to the lake ... ... well I am worried ... just think we should go there too. Anyone breath underwater????
"to find a sunken ship under the water.....you gotta be joking, you don't know what things lurk in the water out there....and do you have a boat? .... and if its on the map, its probably been looted already. I mean what do you expect to find?" says Aerys, thinking about trying to protect her friends and swim at the same time. She shrugs a Torch's suggestion.
Aerys smiles at Cheriton and the 2 men thoroughly tied up, "You two, give me your names, so you might be given a place in my epic. To Cheriton continues Give them to the law, let the law here deal with theives and assasins." before she returns to her bed where she starts to write a few words of poetry of the days events, describing the men and their names. Once done she lays back down and sleeps again.
