Yeah I have done plenty with the crown, winning favor on pretty much every roll and haven't seen any impact or game mechanic benefit. I would rather advance the story than just go do a seek and destroy for no gain. "Not worth the risk, I'm sure it's easy enough. Just curious are they sound striking with weird words? It should be 2 rolls 1 for each word each word doing 4d6 sonic. I'm fine if you want the other to hit it did hit :) Also I assume you made her touch 22 as they were shooting into combat without precise shot? Sorry was out of town and my left hand was having a gout flare up and couldn't type yesterday. :) Is flying looked down upon? She blows her horn beginning her dances as she flies forward. When close she weaves the magic of her spells to dart over the head of the other team striking the chanter. Would be hard to. You are expending spells before our main fight. You may have not been the best to do this :). Though you probably won't need blessing of fervor here :) good luck. Not sure what I would have done. Couldn't just fly around as I would be tethered to the beast. I probably would have just dim doored over freeing from my tether then kill the thing with a full attack. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. I don't think the rules said anything about staying tethered. :)

Either way it's been fun so far. I will say most of the society games I played were pretty easy. For the most part people are pretty optimized within whats allowed, specialized in what they do. Now sometimes you don't have a social character for the social encounters witch is a bit awkward :) I even played up a bit a lot of time and still didn't find it too bad. Certain ones are way more challenging then the others :)

Yeah just like the cliff side one I would play/act within what the rules are or asked. The 1 min to buff before made that one well what it was. Even not super optimized party of 4 should have cleaned that up pretty easy with the 10 rounds to buff and go in guns blazing :)
