"Of course," Abadar says without hesitation, "Nothing has changed."

"A settlement has been reached," Abadar says, his voice filling the room, "Arimar is claimed by Sarenrae, but he shall not be her cleric. No more will Urgathoa have any claim to the mortal aasimar known as Arimar, her now former cleric. Now, I have other business to which I must attend."

With a wave of Abadar's gavel, both goddesses are returned to their home planes.

Abadar slams his gavel down with finality upon the circular block.

"Urgathoa?"

"Sarenrae?"

"And what have you to say on the matter, Urgathoa?" Abadar asks.

Abadar tries not to roll his eyes. Impertinence is what one should expect from the evil gods. They have come here for your ruling, it would not do to show exasperation. "Yes," he states flatly, "The very substance of this place makes my rulings binding. By coming here, you have agreed to be bound buy whatever judgement is made concerning the matter you bring forth."

Urgathoa darkens significantly at this revelation.
