Schek glares at the void, and the void glares back. Looking into its otherworldly eyes is a little disorienting, as Schek sees glimpses of future and past reflected back at him.
Although it does work. And the hound falls, and dissipates into smoke as his weapon strikes.
A success! But also, Schek can make a DC 16 basic Will save against mental damage: 1d4 ⇒ 4. On a failure he's also Frightened 1, or 2 on a critical failure--but that's before the end of you turn, so it does tick down one. And the Strike is a crit (even if you do end up with a -2 penalty), which finishes it.

The other wounded hound snaps at Ceratophrys, but fails to harm him. Snarling and falling back ever so slightly, It disappears from sight.
It's... probably still in the same place.

It's resistant to that damage, but once pushed away from an angle loses its resistance to physical damage and becomes Sickened 1.

You can certainly take some time.

To enact the ritual that Arjol believes could free Yesterday's Tide from the time loop, the sailors must replicate their exact routines as they were the day the time-loop started. Because the Pathfinders aren’t the ones stuck in time, they can’t participate in the ritual directly—the crew must perform the ritual themselves.

If the party report their findings to the key crew members (and stowaway) they worked with earlier, those individuals better remember the hounds’ previous attacks and are relieved that Arjol has been subdued… at least for this cycle. But the crew has been through over 200 cycles by this point, and no one truly believes that Arjol’s ritual can do what the Pathfinders claim. All are worried what will happen when—not if—the time-loop restarts.

The party must convince the crew members that the ritual is their only chance of returning to their former lives. Each PC can attempt skill checks to rally the crew. Since you earned the trust of al four NPCs, you gain a +2 circumstance bonus to your checks as they're working with you.

You have two rounds to rally the crew. Since the ritual could take several hours and there isn't long before the loop resets, there isn't time to risk delaying any further.
• A PC who succeeds at a DC 15 Diplomacy check to Make an Impression or Performance check to Perform can inspire the crew to attempt the ritual or lift their spirits while they work.
• A PC who succeeds at a DC 13 Intimidation check to Coerce or Sailing Lore check to Recall Knowledge can shout orders and rouse the more shiftless crew members into action.
• A PC who succeeds at a DC 17 Occultism or DC 20 Arcana, Nature, or Religion check to Recall knowledge can explain to the crew how the magic of the ritual works.
• A PC who succeeds at a DC 15 Acrobatics, Athletics, Crafting, or Sailing Lore check can help set the ship in order by rigging sails, hauling supplies, making repairs, or scrubbing the decks.

That Pathfinders rally the crew to action, and help them get started, with the help of Troyus, Marda, Pog, and Fidero. All four seem to have recovered a lot of their energy and drive.
The sailors’ efforts exceed all expectations.
You've earned a total of 10 Rally Points. Ceratrophrys could still act, but you only need 8 for the best result.

Shortly after the ritual begins, the Tide begins to flicker in and out of existence as the time-loop tugs at the ship. While the sailors have experienced this temporal anomaly hundreds of times before, this day the Tide fails to disappear immediately. The ritual is clearly working, but the crew must see it through to its completion if they want to escape the cycle once and for all.

Unfortunately, the stress created by the two competing temporal forces seems to resonate with the hundreds of occult rituals Arjol performed aboard the ship. Things begin to appear--monsters the Pathfinders have already defeated, pulled through time.

The crew have to keep retracing their steps from the first day of the loop to continue the ritual, which means they must ignore the monsters' presence. It will be up to the Pathfinders to protect them.

The Grinning Pixie is right there, but as Yesterday's Tide fades in and out of existence the ropes anchoring the ships together fall away, passing straight through the Tide's railings in the moments when it's not there.
As the ritual progresses, Eras, Calisro, and the rest of the Pixie’s crew watch in astonishment as the battle unfolds, apparently desperate to help but unable to do anything.

One of the oozes squelches over the Ceratophrys. A psuedopod wraps around one of his legs. Its touch burns, but it's also holding him in place!

Ceratophrys slashes at the ooze with burning heat. It might even start to notice! Unfortunately, the Hound catches his eye and he feels a little unsteady.
16 is a crit though as before it's immune. 14 is a normal hit.

Bob isn't able to hit the Hound, which is much more defensively aware than the oozes. Blainn's spell also doesn't have much effect. On the plus side, they both remain impervious to its gaze.

It may be wise for the badly damaged amoeba to stay away. Wisdom isn't really its thing, though, and it lurch-rolls towards Tenimba. It slaps her with a pseudopod. The acid burn is weak and it doesn't put even a mark on her armor, but the oozy tendril also winds around and gets a hold on her.
