Kiyoko looks over her shoulder. This being Minkai, the creature may well not speak Common (Taldane), she thinks. That in mind, she translates for Aylanna in Tien, if it seems necessary.

The creature ignores Aylanna's questions and continues to study the telescope. Then, without warning, a sizzling bolt of electricity arcs from the west side of the room and goes straight through all but To-to. At the point of the lightening bolt's origin, a creature appears. This creature looks just like the one at the telescope.

The creature hisses at the party. "You should not have come here. But now that you are, I'm sure you will make a tasty meal for her." It casts another spell and each of you feel an tingling sensation wash across your skin.

To-to is not shaken by the sensation and, instantly after threat of becoming meal to someone, casts shield spell. He also advances towards boastful creature.

Aylanna dodges the worst of the lightning and also shakes off the tingling from its second spell.

To-to and Aylanna easily resist the magical energy but Kiyoko finds herself slowed. Her movements become sluggish and a little strained.

Eltran bursts into the room and immediately begins inspiring everyone to great and wonderful things.

Ki Chin side steps the lightning bolt and moves closer to the creature near the telescope. "Hya!" he shouts as he slashes the creature. Using arcane pool to maximize damage

Ki Chin, passing the reflex save means you take half damage. Or do you have something that allows you to avoid all damage on a successful reflex save?

Ki Chin's blade passes through the creature without the least bit of resistance and it immediately disappears. The creature standing across the room cackles a raspy sort of laugh. "Such gullible minds you have. It must be such a burden. Let me put a swift end to your misery."

The creature casts a spell. Giant magical hailstones pound down all around and pummel everyone in the area. After the initial wave of hailstones, an unnatural storm of ice and snow and sleet fills most of the room.

All the space in the circle that intersects with room A8 is filled ice, snow, and sleet. It is considered difficult terrain and also provides a -4 to any Perception checks in the area.

It continues to laugh as it moves away from the stormy area.

The maps show Eltran still out of the room. If that's the case, then I don't know that he bardic performance would be helping anyone. If he's in the room then he is affected by the ice storm spell. Eltran, are you in the room?

Aylanna healed Ki Chin for 20 after his half damage, so he'd be coming into that ice storm fresh

Aylanna shivers at the extra damage she takes form the Ice Storm's cold , bringing her down to 12. To-to's well-placed channel (+6) gets her up to 30, enough that she can leave her Life Links in place.

At the start of her turn, she takes 20 damage (down to 10 HP) as everyone else heals for 5.

She repeats her last turn, (selectively) channeling to heal the group and Lay on hands to additionally heal herself.

Hello GM, Eltran was not in the room as he only moved to this location last round. Inspire courage only needs to be heard so it still affects the team.

Eltran now enters the room and he continues to inspire courage.

He then casts blindness on the caster in the back of the room.

I had assumed a natural 20 made me avoid the damage entirely.
Half damage was 16 but Aylanna healed me for 20 so no damage.

I've never seen a rule that says on a natural 20 you avoid all damage. So I calculated your dmg as 16 for the electric bolt. I missed the 20hp of heal but that would have got you back up to full. Then the 21 dmg from the ice storm would take you back down to 43. Then To-to gives everyone 12, Aylana's life link gives everyone 5. Then Aylana's channel gives everyone 11 more. I think that everyone except Kiyoko is at full now. Lots of complicated healing stuff...

The creature snarls. "I'm genuinely surprised at your resilience. The mistress will probably be very intrigued. But for me, you are just an annoyance."

He takes a deep breath then releases a shout. It reverberates throughout the whole area. Waves of sonic energy ripple visibly through the air and wash over Aylanna, To-to, and Kiyoko.

Shout spell. DC 20 Fort save to avoid being deafened and to take half damage.

Ki Chin raises his hands to his ears as he cries out in pain at the shout. Grimacing as his ears starts bleeding, Ki Chin leans against the wall as he draws his wand of magic missile and sends a bolt towards the creature.

The creature was blinded before casting the spell. Since shout is an area spell, I think I don't need to see to cast it so I will let that stand. Ki Chin, you were not affected. The cone only hit the three I mentioned. Sorry I messed up the details in the turn order section. It made it look like you needed a save but you didn't. So you're all good.

The creature clutches his eyes and the world turns dark. "You fools! Now look what you've done." With clawed fingers he grapples at a bottle tied to his belt. With a quick action he quaffs the potion and disappears from view.

Usually, drinking a potion will provoke an AoO. Kiyoko can still take AoOs while slowed, so I'm assuming she should be able to take an AoO on the creature. On that assumption:

Ki Chin finally remembers he had prepared a few spells that might be useful and casts Mirror Image on himself. Mirror Image: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3 duplicates of the magus immediately appear beside him.

Aylanna moves in to the space next to where the enemy vanished and blasts fire into the gap between her allies.

Aylanna hears a burning, hissing sound as the flames from her hand blast into the space in front of her. There is a howl of pain for a moment.

Aylanna is unsure what to do or how the enemy might have slipped past them, but she agrees about splitting up and runs across to the other side of the terrace.

Neither of Aylanna, Ki Chin, nor To-to are able to locate the creature.

Kiyoko closes her eyes and concentrates on locating their invisible foe as well.

Sorry, missed the update and then got too busy with work and school. Things should be better now.

Kiyoko doesn't sense the creature either.

The creature has flown away so we can exit round time now.

The area is quiet and eventually the ice and snow melt. Water runs across the floor and over the edge.

Kiyoko curses quietly in Minkaian after it becomes apparent that the creature has fled. She resheathes her katana and looks around.

Does it look like either of the doors near Kiyoko--either one square north or one square south of her--are open? And if so, were they open before the fight?

Aylanna is deaf until she can get her hearing restored. Without a scroll of Remove Blindness/Deafness herself, she asks if Toto can prepare the spell tomorrow.

She probably shouts as she's not used to the effect yet. "I CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING AFTER THAT SPELL! TO-TO CAN YOU TRY AND HEAL IT TOMORROW?!?!"

AFAIK linguistics skill doesn't help Aylanna read lips in the short term, so she can't get information from everyone else until she gets it restored. She already has lots of linguistics ranks, so next level up she prolly should learn to read lips as a language choice since that seems to be a PFS option just in case it happens again.
