Fin-thir, it takes both of those crits to drop Blue, but when you crit the same enemy twice in one turn, I feel like you get the honors of describing exactly how you killed it. And your third arrow hits a different target, so select where that goes as well.

Okh finishes the enemy off by spraying fire in all directions, narrowly avoiding setting the trees ablaze.

As the creatures are defeated, they dissolve into the mist. The defeated vampires leave behind several valuables, as their gear drops in heaps from their mistdissolved bodies. The treasures include a golden sword sheath (worth 15 gp), a silver earring shaped like a dragon holding a ruby (worth 20 gp), and a severed finger still wearing a gold ring (worth 6 gp).

Mixed in with the other treasures is a piece of parchment with what is apparently nonsense written on it.

Using the decoded instructions, you can find the three other fireball runes and disable them safely. Each results in you obtaining a scroll of fireball that powered the trap (3 total).

You then approach the entrance to the cave. You are easily able to avoid the shriekers until you get close to the entrance, where they are more densely planted, and there are other suspicious-looking plants near the entrance.

Isaku, I'm inclined to say that they are not related to your investigation - they are here, but don't rally have any other significance.

Isaku puts a bullet into Blue, and Fin-thir puts a whole bunch of arrows into Green.

The greenish mushroom shambles toward the group, then unleashes a cloud of spores that engulfs all the Pathfinders. Each of them must make a DC 22 Fortitude save. On a failure, for as long as they are in the cloud and 1d4 ⇒ 2 rounds after, they must roll a d6 and consult the chart below to determine what happens to them that round.

Shrooms!:
1 The target is sinking in quicksand. It falls prone and spends 1 action on its next turn flailing its limbs as if attempting to swim.

2 The target is attacked by a swarm of spiders. It spends 2 actions on its next turn attacking the floor with a melee weapon (drawing a weapon if needed). It is flat-footed against all attacks.

3 An item the target is holding turns into a viper. The target Releases the item and spends its next turn fleeing from it.

4 The target is suffocating. It holds its breath and is stunned 3.

5 The target shrinks to 1/10 its normal size. For 1 round it is slowed 2 and enfeebled 4, and takes a –10-foot status penalty to its Speed.

6 The target is melting. It drops everything it’s holding and becomes slowed 2 and clumsy 4 for 1 round.

Regardless of what is rolled, you get a new save at the end of the round.
