Sorry folks, I really thought I posted. First turn - move 30'
The varisian woman freezes for a moment when faced with the ettin, and in that moment as Gromdal falls she gasps audibly yelling "No! Not again!" and appears to crumple in on herself, but still she moves forward... towards her fallen ally as if in a dream... her multitude of scarves flowing in the air, obscuring her form as she moves... (Overprotective Drawback)
...as Indalis heals Gromdal, she seems to come back to full life - like a vengeful ghost summoned from the ether - charging past Gromdal and lashing out at the Ettin with her bladed scarf, crackling with blue negative energy. The look on her face... you are glad she's on your side.
2nd turn move 20ish feet to reach Ettin, swift action to make weapon make by use of arcane pool
Bladed Scarf attack (Slashing Grace, Arcane Pool, Inspired): 1d20 + 5 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 5 + 1 + 1 = 22
Bladed Scarf damage (Slashing Grace, Inspired, Chill Touch): 1d6 + 3 + 1 + 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (3) + 3 + 1 + 1 + (2) = 10 (Fort Save DC14 or 1 point STR dmg)
Chill Touch (2 charges due to being 2nd level)
Arcane pool (Su; 4/day, swift action)
At 1st level, the magus gains a reservoir of mystical arcane energy that he can draw upon to fuel his powers and enhance his weapon. This arcane pool has a number of points equal to 1/2 his magus level (minimum 1) + his Intelligence modifier. The pool refreshes once per day when the magus prepares his spells.
At 1st level, a magus can expend 1 point from his arcane pool as a swift action to grant any weapon he is holding a +1 enhancement bonus for 1 minute
Slashing Grace (Combat Feat)
When wielding your chosen weapon bladed scarf one-handed, you can treat it as a one-handed piercing melee weapon for all feats and class abilities that require such a weapon (such as a swashbuckler’s or a duelist’s precise strike) and you can add your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier to that weapon’s damage. You do not gain this benefit while fighting with two weapons or using flurry of blows, or any time another hand is otherwise occupied.
Weapon Finesse (Combat Feat)
With a light weapon, elven curve blade, rapier, whip, or spiked chain made for a creature of your size category, you may use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier on attack rolls.
Weapon Focus (Scarf) (Combat Feat)
You gain a +1 bonus on all attack rolls you make using the selected weapon.

Clinging to the foul skin of the Ettin you find a beautiful, glittering golden pendant in the shape of dragon's head which was smeared with blood. You can easily search the rest of the cavern, finding nothing but filth.
Additionally, a ring and several Thassilonian relics are bound to the Ettin's right hand but they’re not magical.
The markings which were cut into the skin of the Ettin are diabolic runes which could be used to protect giants from draconic beings with the right focus. Together with the ring as well as the relics, the amulet could serve as exactly that focus. Essentially, you assume that Aureliax would not have been able to protect the town as it would not have been able to harm this Ettin.
The woman that the Ettin dropped is probably Gilda Korgren, the mother of the Tiefling. She also has runes carved all over her body.

Indalis moves up to the woman once the giant falls and looks her over.
Heal (untrained): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
"It looks like she didn't die from this creature. Maybe it was those symbols all over her. It's sad. But we need to get that pendant back to the town. And more than that, we need to get those two kids back as well. They have a lot to atone for, but I think they will be alright."

After the Ettin falls, Valentina just stands there staring at it for a moment, her face a blank mask. Then her focus snaps back to her companions as she checks on Gromdal and seems to be herself again.
Once the cave is determined to be free of hostiles, she will clean her weapon while others search for trinkets.
-----------------------------------
As they exit the cave, Valentina's jaw drops. Her face is overcome with wonder and the expression makes her seem several years younger than you previously assumed. I shouldn't be this surprised - we know Aurelliax protects the town. But.... "OH WOW" she says out loud breathlessly. They are so much more beautiful than I could have imagined! Or the pictures in my studies. Immediately blushing at her own naivete and accidental outburst she drops her gaze "Um, that is... uh, hi Aurelliax! Well I assume you're Aurelliax.... unless there are other golden dragons lurking about?" In a desperate pitch to impress the impressive creature she throws out "We got your pendant back from the mean-bads!" She smiles hopefully, wanting to please the gleaming dragon.

The dragon raises an eyebrow when hearing Valentina’s words ... silence follows for several seconds.
”Yes, you are correct. Thank you, travelers, for protecting the people of Highdelve, and for recovering my amulet. Truly, you are the heroes these people needed. Let me commend you, as well, for sparing the lives of those children that belong to this town ... I will take care that they are loved and brought back to this community! What did you think to gain by helping the town?!“

As they approach the dragon Aurelliax, Indalis is struck with awe. How could one not be in awe with such a resplendent being as this. He bows to one knee, avoiding eye contact, "Lord Aurelliax, we are but Pathfinders sent to check on this village. We were also sent, mind you, to check on these two children. They are the children of fallen Pathfinders that the mayor graciously offered to watch over. We just recently met ourselves, but I must admit that something seems to have drawn us together. Maybe there is something more to it."

The dragon nods after Indalis statement.
“Believe me that the kids will be in better hands from now onwards. But I will make sure that they know of their origins and maybe they will return to you when the time comes!“
“You are also correct that something connects you all … and I can feel it. But I think that you all need to invest time and effort to find out more about yourselves!“ she says.
You see the dragon make a small movement with their head. Suddenly, the golden pendant levitates in the golden dragon’s direction and it vanishes when touching her scales.
She looks at you for a while.
”Please accept these as a token of my appreciation.“
Four statuettes of gold dragons with diamonds for eyes appear out of thin air and levitate to your hands.
More details on these magical items on the chronicle sheet.

Valentina's eyes widen in awe at receiving the beautiful gift from the beautiful dragon - then she notices the diamond eyes. I think I should make sure that Althea doesn't ever know I have this. I don't think she'd fence any of my personal stuff, but uh... best to not tempt her. She anthropomorphizes the little statuette and pats its head before putting it away in her bag.
"Thank you for making sure Richelle and Tolwin have better emotional caretakers in the future. But as for our 'connection,' I cannot imagine what else we might all have in common other than being Pathfinders, of course."
Valentina then goes into business mode, getting out her notepad and briefing Aurelliax on what they know of the dead cultist Gilda Korgren, and that her son might still be in the area. "Have you seen or heard anything about any missing Thassilonian relics? Or some sort of horned 'Devil Man' as the children call him, skulking around the area?"

GM Nowruz |

“You will learn more about the man connecting you and the bond you have … trust me!“
She then smiles.
“The Tiefling and his poor crazed mother were responsible for the stolen goods and talk about devils! I am glad that you are here and we have dealt with them!“
You can see that she is content to see you appreciate the presents which truly look identical to her perfect form.
”Now,” she says, unfurling her magnificent wings. ”would you care to ride on my back as I carry the cart of brightblooms, along with the children, back to Highdelve?”

Valentina's eyes get real big as the dragon offers to fly them herself. She doesn't trust her voice not to squeak so just nods real enthusiastically and carefully climbs aboard.
