Ya sorry, Eddie didn't think of prepare light since they see without it. If this was a multiday scenario that would be a different story.

"Can't see? How did humans get so important not being able to see in the dark?" Oh, maybe that's why they like to live in the bright horrible sun I guess...

As your intrepid group exit the winding tunnels, you enter a large cavern that is barricaded at several points. The Eagle Knights are furiously fighting the duergars in one corner of the room, when suddenly a smaller group of duergars spots your torch light and routs - heading up to an elevated position on a stone pillar.

The larger rocks and columns provide cover. The first level of the pillar is 5 feet high, and the second is an additional 5 feet high (10 feet from the ground).

Lighting:
I have placed a template to reflect Asetell's torch, showing the radius of normal and dim light (a torch sheds bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light to the next 20 feet). Low light sees in dim light as well as regular so no change for those with that. Those with normal vision require a DC 5 flat check before you roll to target a creature in dim light. Darkvision creature sees normally everywhere.

Changed the gray duergar to pink to sand out more on the background.

The blurry sorcerer rounds the corner in time to see the duergar leader smash their maul into the ground to rally their allies. "Take them down, in Droskar's name!". He then casts a spell and his maul pulses with divine energy. With that the sharpshooter drops prone and unleashes a bolt toward the sorcerer. It unwinds into three wiry strands as it explodes against the ground, clearly meant to entrap rather than damage. The bombardier duergars prepare to defend the pillar.

@Eddie, Raise a wooden shield is +2, cover is +2 (but using a take cover action raises it to +4). All are circumstance bonuses so they don't stack. So I guess you want to take cover for +4, so no shield up.

Landitho wards his struggling companion and Eddie slinks in behind the pillar. Asketell lands a punch and Cassimon's glaive slices into the duergar leader as he bravely laughs it off. Morrin's hammer continues to harass its intended target, and Morrin herself is able to shrug off the previous burns.

Undaunted, the duergar force surges again. Bombs hit the two heroes charging in from the south. A bolt finally strikes Asketell from above. With a massive swing of his maul, the duergar crushes into the paladin's chest, dropping him where he stood in the cavern entrance. Just missing with his backswing on his Ulfen ally, he follows up with another that only scrapes awkwardly against the rock walls that frame him.

Landitho once again proves herself the lifesaver and Asketell eyes slowly open. Eddie's thrall is unable to hamper the duergar leader but Morrin's hammer does connect with the prone shooter.

The duergar bomber leaps off the shelf and gathers together a final bomb with Cassimon's name on it. The beleaguered sharpshooter turns her crossbow towards the sorcerer targeting her, and the bolt strikes true.

Cassimon cannot focus completely to strike with all the acid burning his skin, but is lucky to stop the worst of it. Asketell is able to kick the duergar's thickened ankle with his prone stretch.

@Eddie Nope, I missed it...you are doing it right with the sustain a spell as an action to control it, but I think it is permanently slowed and thus only gets one action per turn instead of the normal minion two.

red reflex vs tendrils (previous round): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14 barely

Landitho tries to slumber the leader, but it is just not happening. The thrall advances but the duergar sidesteps the flailing tendrils again. His electric arc is wildly successful against one of the targets, at the expense of the other. Morrin heals only a tad from the nearly empty potion bottle and her hammer whacks errant.

The duergar bomber draws his hammer and moves up to face the thrall, but only chunks against its hide. The sharpshooter has better luck with one of her bolts.

That is unfortunately not very clear. The rules for minions say that the command action gives the creature two actions; but it doesn't say anything about minions that have the slow condition getting less then this.
Consequently, I also don't think that hasting a minion would grant them an additional action either; as they aren't using their own actions but taking the actions that you've bestowed upon them via the command action. But that's just my opinion. I've hunted the forums up and down for a definitive answer though and I am eagerly awaiting an errata on this rule.

Asketell risks being knocked down again and stands up. Then if he has survived that long, he steps forward and head butts the giant dwarf in the knee cap.

Good points Asketell. Pathfinder 2 has eliminated a lot of the confusion first edition had in its wording, but not all.

So, I'm going to rely on the phrase "Otherwise, the summoned creature uses the standard abilities for a creature of its kind." from the summoned rule to say that it has two actions normally, so it retains the two actions as a minion.

Went back and checked, I don't think Cassimon and Eddie have added in the +1 damage on strikes and spells from the level bump, so 3 extra damage on orange and red as a result. Every bit helps.

Cassimon and Asketell are both able to fight back against the duergar bully. Startled by the pair's brave persistence, he steps back and swings hard at the Ulfen (who has harmed him more) and a shield of force blazes up between them as the Ulfen slumps to the ground once again.

I would have moved it to keep attacking big bad red. So step and strike red vs strike orange.

The strong violin notes fill the air as Asketell is brought around again. Eddie's summons steps into the fray and strikes out at the twisted dwarf. With a bellow, he blocks most of it with the protective spell but is ensnarled in the tendrils. Morrin's hammer wastes another divine blow and it's owner moves closer to the heated battle.
