Vaal misses badly, although he does avoid the worst of the blue. Hagitha is less lucky and finds her movement impeeded.
Mega on the otherhand makes the most of the close proximity of the blue robot. He can hear a third one approaching.
The blue robot swirls in place, trying to keep a track of Mega.
attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
But its glitching sensors means it can't quite manage it.
Seeing its targets in the stickyglue, the red one opens fire!
who: 1d4 ⇒ 2
attack, shaken: 1d20 + 9 - 2 ⇒ (7) + 9 - 2 = 14

Makai

Makai again attempts to liberate herself from the sticky substance
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5 Nope! I am certain that she will escape in the last round ;)
Then she again tries to shot the droid, she reloads her gulchgun, empty shell hitting the floor. She pulls the trigger
Shoot@red, entangled: 1d20 + 4 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 4 - 2 = 7
Damage, fire: 1d8 ⇒ 5
The flame, flies next to the droid

Vaal Noor overcharges his drone’s weapons and gives the automaton a move action.
The Metal Sphere uses the move action to boost its weapon and shoots at red:
Ember agitator vs. Red’s EAC: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Fire damage: 1d8 + 1d6 + 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (5) + (2) + (3) + 3 = 13
It's going to be one of those combats, huh
GM Aerondor

Makai finds the glue really isn't good for her aim. Vaal and Sphere have no more luck than Makai. Luckily Mega is on target, swinging at the blue robot before moving up to engage the green one. It swings back at him.
AOO: 1d20 + 6 - 2 ⇒ (6) + 6 - 2 = 10 But misses.

It's been 24h, so botting Hagitha
Hagitha takes another shot at the robot in red.
attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
But the whole team seems to be shaken by their near death experience. Speaking of near death experiences...
The robot in red returns fire
target: 1d4 ⇒ 1
attack Hagitha EAC16, shaken: 1d20 + 9 - 2 ⇒ (6) + 9 - 2 = 13
But the wily dwarf twists aside at the last moment. That train station kiosk is going to need some serious repairs though.
Elsewhere, the green robot, finding itself surprisingly in combat, retaliates at Mega. "Citizens of Absalom. Put down your weapons..." it chants.
attack Mega KAC 14, shaken: 1d20 + 6 - 2 ⇒ (8) + 6 - 2 = 12
The blue one joins in, trying to subdue Mega with its pulsecaster.
attack Mega EAC 14,shaken: 1d20 + 9 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 9 - 2 = 11
But the their systems are all over the place. These robots look as dazed as the systems on the train. Albeit armed and dangerous.

Makai again begins to fight the sticky substance, to free herself
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10 :(
Despite being entangled Makai takes aim with her Gulchgun, she pumps the rifle another empty shell hitting the floor. She fires...
Shoot@red: 1d20 + 4 - 2 ⇒ (20) + 4 - 2 = 22
Damage, fire: 1d8 ⇒ 3
Damage, fire: 1d8 ⇒ 7
Burn: 1d6 ⇒ 3
Mote: attempt to escape
Standard: shoot (2nd crit in this combat)
Vaal Noor

Vaal Noor moves closer to the door and gives his drone a move action. The drone moves adjacent to the door and shoots at the blue.
Ember agitator vs. Blue's EAC: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Fire damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

Vaal fails to connect, but Haitha wounds the blue robot.
Can you make sure you specify the type of damage you do?
Mega joins in on the green robot, also damaging it. It tries to return the favor, but spins in a clumsy circle which is easy to avoid.
attack Mega KAC: 1d20 + 6 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 6 - 2 = 8
The blue robot return fire at Hagitha.
attack vs EAC : 1d20 + 9 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 9 - 2 = 21

Makai spends whole her round to try to remove escape the sticky substance.
Acrobatics to free from entanglement: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
Acrobatics to free from entanglement: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
With entanglement I can move half-speed and shoot with the penalty. Two move actions to try escape.
Vaal Noor

Vaal Noor overcharges his drone’s weapons again and gives the automaton a move action. The Metal Sphere uses the move action to boost its weapon and shoots at blue:
Ember agitator vs. Blue’s EAC: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
Fire damage: 1d8 + 1d6 + 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (5) + (4) + (3) + 3 = 15
Critical fire damage: 1d8 + 1d6 + 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (6) + (4) + (3) + 3 = 16

Makai finally escapes the sticky glue. Hurrah!
Mega makes his own contribution to the Alsalom scrap pile, by putting a big dent into the green robot.
All of which is interesting, until Vaal's sphere hits the overcharge circuit and reduces the blue robot to slag.
Hagitha moves up and finishes off the work that Mega started. Suddenly all is quiet.
Which leaves the team intact and alone at the station.
Computers or engineering checks might convince a kiosk to give you a map. Alternatively a survival check or a prof(tour guide) check might come in handy for finding your way around.
There are also some nearby vending machines that have first aid equipment. A delicate application of Blunt Force(tm) might convince one of them to lend you its goods.

Makai reloads her gun and goes to one of the map kiosks.
Engineering: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
She takes out her tools and begins work to obtain the map.
"Just a second..."
GM Aerondor

Makai convinces a machine to provide a map.
Map added to slides
You are reasonably near both the freemarkets and the Security services pavilion. Nearby there are two train service cars that might help speed your way if you can release the manual controls (computers or engineering) or you could continue on your way on foot.
Makai
|
Makai heads to the service cars and begins trying to start them
Engineering: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27
"Let us try to use them to move faster. This does not look like a engineering failure"
Vaal Noor
|
"That works for me! I'm awfully tired from all that running around - and it's very unlikely this one will malfunction as well!" Vaal Noor and his drone hop onboard the vehicle.
GM Aerondor
|
Makai has no problem putting the cars into manual mode. You start down the track Pilot check by someone..
GM Aerondor
|
Vaal guides the cars safely down the track. Up ahead you see a stop for the Freemarkets. According to the map, the stop after that is the Security Resources pavilion. You may stop at either (or both) of these if you wish. Or continue on to your destination.
Makai
|
"Maybe we should stop by and see if everyone is ok. There are senior agents in Lorespire, but if this emergency is not only restricted to the metro we might be needed in Freemarkets and Security Resources pavilion."
Makai votes to visit both places.
GM Aerondor
|
Evenly split... two people still to express a preference. Be nice to keep the action going on this.
Vaal Noor
|
"Poor people, without public transportation - we should stop by and ask if anyone needs a ride!"
GM Aerondor
|
Not that there is much room left in the car with Vaal... sounds like two votes for stopping off at the Freemarkets?
GM Aerondor
|
And to keep things moving
Vaal presses the "station" button at the Freemarkets and the groundcar comes to a halt there.
The gilded doors to this marketplace have been forcibly pried open and jammed with a cement block. The door’s automated mechanism stutters as the portal repeatedly slams against the obstruction. A gleaming statue of Abadar presides over the entrance, welcoming patrons and merchants alike to what is usually a busy shopping center. Beyond the shrine, several escalators and lifts are frozen in place, and light fixtures flicker intermittently, casting misshapen shadows over the booths and storefronts that compose the multilevel structure.
Want to go in, or press on...
Vaal Noor
|
"Anyone in there? We are from the Starfinder Society and we are here to help!" offers/threatens the izalguun.
If nobody comes to us, we might as well move ahead - I hope to find who the main villain of the season is in this scenario! (I'm guessing it has something to do with that library-planet)
GM Aerondor
|
Peering through the doors you have a quick look around. Up on the second story you notice a yoski waving a t-shirt from outside what appears to be a pawn-shop. "Just what we need!" she calls down. "Come on up. I could use a hand."
"I'm Dot!" she says, obviously waiting for you to introduce yourselves.
Picture of Dot in handouts
Vaal Noor
|
"I'm Vaal Noor and this is the Metal Sphere. What do you need and do you know what is going on? Lovely outfit, by the way!"
GM Aerondor
|
"Well, come on up.." she says. "And I suggest taking the stairs, not the elevator." she adds with an odd cheerfulness.
Offering you a seat in her rather cramped store, you see the t-shirt she was waving is emblazoned with "My mother went to the freemarkets of Absalom Station and all she got me was this lousy t-shirt"
"Want to buy anything?" she asks. Looking around her store you see she has a vast arrange of gear. You can buy anything CL4 or less
"Of course I knew something like this was bound to happen. That is why I am so well stocked."
If you want to take a ten minute rest while you talk with her, you can.
Vaal Noor
|
"I love that assured tone you have! In my line of business I run into many people like that, but when they overdo it just a little bit, it sounds just like arrogance! That's the art world for you, I guess... anyway, Ms. Dot, please share your knowledge! And what did you need help with? Moving your stock? In that case I'm actually saving up for a new weapon to equip my drone, so I can't afford much in anything else!"
GM Aerondor
|
"Well, all this reliance on top end tech. It was bound to come down around our tails eventually." she explains. Then, pointing to a box on her desk she adds.
"This is my old radio. Analogue don't you know. Figure we might get some news on it if you could fix it." she adds hopefully.
Engineering, physical science or prof(electrician) check. You can each try once.

Makai would take a sit in the shop and try to rest a bit to heal her wounds. Then she would take her turn in fixing the radio. With her tools out she would begin to tinker with it.
Engineering: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27
Then she would try her spell on it. She would focus on nanites interacting with magic and send a bit of energy into the radio
Casting Mending to aid in what they are doing.
GM Aerondor

Makai knows this radio. He assembled one of them from a write-in on the back of a packet of cereal when he was very young. Within moments it is going again. "..across Absalom station...<crackle>...going haywire"
"See!" says Dot. "I knew it!" She eyes up the group carefully. "You couldn't shift some boxes for me while you are here could you? An old lady like me just isn't quite as strong as you strapping young things..."
She points to the back of her shop.
And here is one of the silliest checks in the book. Perception (DC16) to find the crates in the back without asking for help.
Assuming you spot them, shifting the crates will be an athletics check. Again you can each make a try and the checks.

Space ham radios helping in the apocalypse, lol
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
Vaal Noor is completely lost in the space prepper's storeroom.
Makai
|
Makai smiles as the radio goes to life.
"A sily piece of equipment but it can be of use so it seems."
She gives the Ysoki a look when she asks for repositioning the boxes.
"So a crisis comes to Absalom station, but you are concerned with boxes?" asks couldn't believe what she hears.
Perception: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (3) + 0 = 3
Athletics: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (6) - 1 = 5
She couldn't see anything from behind Vaal Noor and the box that hs stumbles on she can't raise nor shift.
GM Aerondor
|
"A shop keeper must always be ready. My boxes have less, commonly needed, equipment in them." she explains carefully.
Heading into the back room she points out the right ones.
"There... less high tech more analogue. Not normally so popular, but now!" she continues.
"But you are right, there are those in need. I have some friends setting up a relief centre over the other side. If you strong young things could take these supplies over to them it would be very helpful..."
Vaal Noor
|
"Our next stop is the Security Resources pavilion - if they are anywhere near that, we can load the crates in our vehicle!"
GM Aerondor
|
"The relief center is just the other side of the Freemarkets, only a couple of minutes walk for some strong young folk like you.." she mentions hopefully.
