Hey Folks, I will play Hellih at this table, he is a gunsmith so I thought he fits nicely. I did play A Night in Nightarch but the previous game I played Half-Orc and I wanted to explore his mental state of going back to Nightarch and speaking with drows. Now I wish to play this scenario without that burden and simply enjoy it.

I will use the second seeker Jadura boon to replay it.

Ok so the skills proposed by GM:

My idea is that Vyecmuraf do Intimidation, Sense Motive and Bluff, Modern Body do Mysticism

Hellih can aid at Intimidation and Bluff, Sense Motive can be aided by everyone.

How problematic is the Darkness for the ones blind as a bat?

Hellih can use Ceolor as a living shield, pushing him in front of him and shooting over his shoulder, while Ceolor bashes everything with his baton ;)

Not to be a prick about it, but:

"Create Darkness (Su)
Source Alien Archive pg. 153
As a standard action, the creature can create a 20-foot-radius area of darkness centered on itself, which negates the effects of all nonmagical light sources in that area. This darkness lasts for a number of minutes equal to the creature’s CR, and the creature can dismiss the effect as a standard action. The darkness doesn’t move with the creature. Unless otherwise noted, any magic source of light can increase the light level in the area as normal."

Only Dancing Lights and Token Spell, both 0 level spells, create light - out of all spells available.

And if our solarian's solar manifestation "glows brightly with one color common to stars", that is also a magic source of light. Solar manifestation is a supernatural ability, and "Supernatural abilities are magical".

Sadly our solarion's mote is "the perfect darkness of a black hole" I flavor it as having some flickering stars in the middle, but it doesn't shine.
