As posted in Discord - I think - Radovan chooses an Ally for the extra card added to the upgrades pool.

Adventure Reward: I'll apply it to Ezren, my -01 PACS character. Do you know if it takes effect immediately? He's in the middle of a scenario...

Radovan spends his hero point on Power Feat 4: "When a monster encountered by a character at your location is undefeated (☐ or when you defeat a monster), display a monster from the box next to a displayed devil form." This leaves him with 1 hero point in the bank.

Radovan has 4 xp, so he tiers up to tier 5.0.

I think the Fate-Reader Lenses (item 3) will do more than the Gem of Mental Acuity.
And Noble is nice, but Nightspear (ally 4) might help with the shuffling that the deck needs.
