A ray of dark energy hits the bear, thanks to it not being able to move as well as it should-- and the beast seems quite ill after having been hit.

The bear lumbers back to its feet, and shakes its pelt, trying to rid itself of the necromantic powers that took over it.
When this does not work, it starts to retch--

--and black blobs of sickening energy drop and dissolve on the ice.
Feeling better, the bear shakes its head and looks around at its enemies.
It looks at Fin-thir and seems ready to rush the elf--
--but then turns to Klatzu and his threatening big sword.
The bear opens its maw and clamps down-- HARD, on Klatzu's hands, probably trying to rip the weapon out of the cleric's grip.
The blow is harsh-- nearly killing Klatzu on the spot!
But Coptidel gallantly averts some of the damage and tries to make Klatzu's armor stronger--
I imagine you do your Retributive Strike? That adds 2 AC vs. this attack, is that it? (even if so, it is still a crit' because of the Flat Foot) You reduce 6 dam', and can Strike

Sylvia slowly backs away from the ferocious bear onto the more stable snow, before speaking a word of power causing a single black dart to strike out at the bear.

The bear shakes it head, physically hurt, but also hurt in its pride-- but it manages to not slip on the ice from this unexpected powerful blow, and, though flat footed, or pawed, it manages to avoid the next attacks, now that it knows what is coming.

Then, following its bear-ish philosophy of give and you shall receive, it gives Klatzu a light pat, so as not to totally squish him. It does like its meat tender, but not mushy...
But a light pat from such a large and heavy beast still hurts.

When Dran'Thil acts-- and is saved by Frogger's heroic sacrifice!
The Dwarf sees the bear turn its head to him when he grips his sword, but it is not fast enough to react--
(the AoO Frogger took would have triggered here, still critted', and dropped Dran'Thil even w. the DR slashing, but that is only when raging?)
--so the bear can only watch the sword come down at it--

--and feel the blade bite into its skull, before collapsing into the snow... at least it does with elegance, not slipping all over and falling on the ice.
(Dran'Thil got it to 109 damage taken, and the bear had 106 HP)
As Dran'Thil raises a shield of force, there is nothing left for him to protect himself by, as the beast dies, for having wanted to gobble Sylvia up... you are now free to rush off and cross the finish line!
You look around, and, seeing no competitors coming, you feel you are enough in the lead that even the coldest and evilest heart amongst you does not need to leave your dropped comrades behind in the snow to rush off and win... but, there can be no evil hearts such as these in the Society!
The Heroic Frogger-- earns a Hero Point for his gallant sacrifice!
--will be talked about in the saga written by the famous skald Sassa Ringbreaker of the Wyrding Wayfinders team about Faergim Axebinder and how the Half-Orc druid invented the "doing a Frogger", taking a blow that put him down, so that Faergim could move up and kill the bear, saving the team of foreign Kebabs. Strangely, Dran'Thil does not seem to be mentioned in this slightly subjective saga.

You can heal up-- will let people RP how if they wish (maybe avoid using Medicine w/o Assurance since you might pop Frogger's artery and send him to untimely death on a nat' 1 - though I believe that RAW it would only increase from Dying 2 to Dying 3, not straight to Dying 4/dead since your dying condition increases by 1 if you take damage while dying, or by 2 if you take damage from an enemy’s critical hit or a critical failure on your save (and this is neither, since it would be a critical failure on an ally's skill check).
But, yes, the combat is over and Coptidel has a Focus Point left I believe, and Sylvia at least a Healing Potion (use consumables you get for the mission, and not stuff you buy to save some money).
And Frogger got a Hero Point, so, in case you had none, you can use it to stabilize yourself (though you earned it fair and square, and it was time to give one re. the scenario, it was not just given for fluff, but as a safety net).

Frogger has a healing potion (free consumable). Someone can force feed it to him. Then he can use Natural Medicine/Assurance(nature) and Goodberry to heal everyone a bit.
