Please ensure you have an updated stat block associated with your PC and any companions or familiars.
For those using Hero Lab, it's quite simple.
Under the "File" tab, select "Output Hero Statblock." In the pop-up menu, select the "BBCode" tab and click on the "Copy" button.
In your PC's Paizo profile, click on the "Edit My Profile" button. Then paste it into the "About [Your PC's Name]" block near the bottom of the page.

Some Basic Rules of Engagement (ROE):
OOC Text: When mistakes are made or clarifications are necessary, just let us know in the discussion thread. Let's keep the ooc text in the gameplay thread to a minimum.
Conditions/Effects: Regarding penalties or bonuses/buffs/debuffs from conditions/effects, please, players, indicate any bonuses/penalties to attacks, damage, etc separately--to remind the GM and other players.
For example, [dice=Attack, Power Attack, Inspire Courage, Fatigued]d20-1+1-2; d8+2+1-2[/ dice].
Animal Companion/Mount/Familiar/Eidolon: Please create a separate alias for it, especially if it will act on its own. Also indicate its Perception and Initiative modifier, as well as your own, on Slide 2.
Initiative: Animal Companions/Mounts/Familiars/Eidolons will have their own Initiative results, unless you are mounted or your critter never leaves your body. They can act independently or you can opt to have you and your companion act at the same time on the lower of the two Initiative results. The one with the higher result will be considered delayed, but not flat-footed.
Miss Chance: I prefer to roll miss chances as the GM; if you roll it, please use a d100, where a "miss" is less than or equal to the percentage chance.

Folks, the tasks presented in the Gameplay thread are meant to occur during mustering, enabling you to introduce your PC and demonstrate his or her skills.

In F2F play, each task is supposed to include 1-2 minutes of role-play and then the player select one of the listed skills and rolls the dice.

In PbP, this is a great way to present your PC in action. Failure will not result in true death. That said, you might want to select a task where you can demonstrate your most advanced skills. If you've got some cool ability that you think would help accomplish the intent, roll with it.

Noted and thanks for the extra explanation because it seemed a little jarring as-is, though it wouldn't be the first time a scenario/special has started in medias res. "To clear up a bit of confusion: each PC may participate in each preparation task, but only using one of the listed skills. For each one, they may either make their own check or aid someone else using the same skill."

I didn't see the task counter summary until after I posted, but I am not sure it would have mattered. That first Acro check I could have done an assist with +6 Climb, but I might have taken the chance on acrobatics anyway (since I could have potentially got a 30).

Double check the tasks. Some of you haven't yet attempted one or more of them. It's only a DC10 to Aid Another, if you select the same skill.

Each of you got a potion of CSW. Don't forget to choose a second potion, level-3 or lower, no expensive components. Indicate what you've selected.

Each of you gets one piece of +1 bane ammunition. Indicate what you selected and the type/subtype of the creature.

Before we start the next phase, I'll tally up all the results and create a chart on our slides, for your convenience and mine.

Only two tasks need completing. Let's get it done!

Hmm suggested tables might be able to act faster if the GM and players use a Google Hangout to alert one another to their posts.

I think that's a great idea, but I'd like us to make sure we still use the Gameplay and Discussion threads for communicating matters that are appropriate, making it easier for all of us to search through previous posts related to the session.

Larry, by way of clarification, Caller will only be casting Magic Vestment once- on Nella who will receive a +1 AC bonus to her clothing.

Caller will not be casting it upon himself as he already has magical armor and will be saving the spell slots for use later.

I forget, but i am a dualed cursed oracle. Therefore I have the Misfortune Revelation. As an immediate action, you can force a creature within 30ft to reroll any one d20 roll that it has just made before the result of the roll is revealed. Must take result of the reroll. (Works on any creature once a day)

My preference for using the misfortune is to reroll (more for the GM to know immediately when an enemy should reroll):

An enemies critical threat
Enemy reroll save (when they roll >15)
PC reroll save (when they rolled <5)
PC reroll attack (when they rolled <5)

For players, use your good judgement when you think you want to use the misfortune to turn the tide in our favour.

The Sovereign Court faction mission has a discrepancy: In one place, it states success is convincing two families. In another, it states success is convincing three. I've asked for clarification. I'm sure I'll get an answer soon.

I moved us straight into the Silver Crusade faction, because two of the players' PCs are Silver Crusade faction, and I made the assumption that would be your roleplaying preference.

There's no requirement that you complete your PC's faction mission. You can carry out any of them. The various faction missions are listed and described on Slide 4.

If you prefer to pursue another faction mission, please let me know right away, and I can quickly change the party's course.

(Once during the adventure, the PCs can activate this benefit grant all undead creatures present the confused condition for 1 round. If an undead creature confused in this way attacks a PC, it takes a penalty on its attack rolls equal to half the group’s APL=3.)
