Ari uses her stealthiness to creep closer to the creatures - behind what looks to be a huge boulder. With her new vantage point, she attempts to ascertain the behaviors of the lizardmen as they go about their business: if they're sentinels, workers, animal trainers, etc.

The one on the dock is doing some labor mending rigging, but is well armed and you think he may be the one that shot darts at you from the water. If it's not the same, it is a very similar lizard. The one that is working with the crocodile may be some sort of animal trainer, or possibly a spellcaster. The one near the cave entrance is certainly some sort of guard. He is dressed similar to the second group you fought on the beach.
After a few minutes of watching the lizard, the guard walks over and begins to pile up wood to start a fire. The corcodile continues to do tricks for the far lizard, and the one on the dock continues to work on the boat.

Len signals to the others and moves back far enough away to where the lizards won't be able to hear them discuss. "Looks like they're just living their lives, but they DID attack us. They have resources we probably need to survive. I vote we take them out when they're not expecting it and make use of what they have."

"we need to get a bit closer, around this corner to the north maybe." he whispers, and sneaks 10 feet that way.

As the group stealths up and around, the lizard stops to take a break from building the fire, at that same moment, ari steps on a stick and Harrington's potion bottles clank.
The lizard, looks over, strains to see through the dense brush, and moves towards the direction of the sound. Axe in hand, he slows near the edge but does not seem to be looking at anyone specifically.
The crocodile handler lizard shouts something as the guard leaves his post, and the guard shouts a quick reply. Both in a language you can not understand.

Ari stares intently at the lizardman with her wide Elvish eyes.
Pogen sees Ari move her hands and lightly whisper something to herself. Then, 30 ft north of Pogen and Ari (marked by 'ghost sounds') , they hear what sounds like 2 separate humans softly talking, but they can't make out what they're saying. The sounds have a volume level consistent with 2 people talking above the crunching of leaves while walking through the woods - not anticipating any danger.

She exclaims something harsh sounding in Elvish something similar in feeling to 'f@#%' or 'shit' in common and casts electric arc on her foe.

Interesting. Half damage on passed save, 1 damage rolled. In PF1 that would mean 0 normal and 1 nonlethal. Nowhere in PF2 is anything stated o I'm going to keep it as 1 normal damage and houserule minimum 1 for now.
Pogen's ray of frost hits the lizard and causes it to become sluggish. (Slowed 1 round). Len dances with himself. Darb chucks a coconut at the lizard's head and hits him between the eyes. Ari's generates what amounts to a bad static shock and buzzes the lizard. Harrington mises with his alchemit fire, but still manages to splash onto the scaly feet. Luckily no one else is in the splash.
The lizard roars in pain, yells again in his rough dialect, and swings at Len this time. It connects for damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
The other lizards now act as well, the one mending nets drops what it was doing and runs into the cave.
The crocodile and its handler move up toward the party.

Len is not fast enough to sneak past the croc without a bite, but is able to dodge the jaws and land a blow.
Darb causes the croc to become agitated and unfocused.

Harrington lobs bombs on the croc, covering it with fire and acid.

The handler casts another spell and the croc's wounds close a bit.

The croc angrily lashes out at Len and connects.

The croc then tucks in its legs and rolls rapidly, twisting Len wildly. Fortunately, Len finds his moment as the croc begins his roll to escape. No additional damage and he is no longer grabbed.
